I'm on Dan's subscription system, thank Christ. I got problem after problem and Dan dedicated himself, calmly and methodically, to fixing them. They kept coming and we confirmed a failed C drive. Dan identified my options, told me what I needed when I'd chosen my option, helped me set up the new hardware, and spent ages tuning the reboot. He worked late at night and early in the morning, at no notice, putting my needs ahead of his own.

He calmed my panic, was entirely non-judgmental about my ignorance and anxiety, and saved the day. I reckon, on looking at the cost of replacing the whole system (which I would have done if I hadn't known Dan), he's saved me about 1,300. I trust him completely, not something I normally do, it must be said, and my trust was repaid in his professionalism, competence and reliability. I would recommend no one more highly; the poor bloke is now my go-to guy for the rest of my days :)

The online support rendered by Dan was simply outstanding. My laptop had an issue with auto restart on shutdown. Dan fixed it after some deep digging into my software. He also gave my operating system an overhaul and all running perfectly now.

Dan was extremely helpful in fixing a very annoying problem I was having with installing Office 365. He spent a great deal of time optimising my computer whilst looking for a solution to the install. Eventually, he recommended upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which proved to be the solution after weeks of struggling! I felt that I was in good hands the whole time and Dan kept updating me on progress through frequent calls. I would highly recommend Dan for any IT problems you may be experiencing!

My computer was running very slowly. I had nearly given up and was going to buy a new one, when I came across Dan's website, and I thought I would give him a try and asked him to clean and tune up my PC. He did a fantastic job, fully kept me in the loop with what he was doing, and more importantly my computer is now running better than ever. A very efficient and friendly service.

Fantastic support with a very challenging, almost 'dead' old PC which Dan managed to bring back to life & which is now running literally like new. I had no idea what to do, fortunately he did!
