Outstanding customer service and technical expertise; highly recommended. My desktop terminally crashed, coupled with a monitor failure and resulting, incomplete, Microsoft update. Rick and Sam of Grapevine, recovered all of my data files and programmes, switched these to a new machine, while utilizing certain undamaged components in the process. They consulted me about alternative solutions that being one, much appreciated aspect, of an effective pattern of communication. All at a very competitive cost, even though operating under the various constraints imposed by the national CV-19 lockdown.

Grapevine are a fantastic company. If we need to buy computer equipment or seek help or advice then we choose to go to Grapevine over a big high street company. They are incredibly good value, highly skilled and can be trusted to deal with your query honestly and quickly, rather than inflating an issue to increase a bill.

We have been using Grapevine Computers for years now. If I were to put a number on it, I would say at least 10 years. During this time they have worked on 2 desktop computers and 4 laptops. I could not be happier with them. The staff are honest and friendly and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

Had a problem with Windows 10 compatability on some kit (which I'd purchased elsewhere), and they were great in helping/advising me on my options, all free of charge. This made a very favourable impression, as their first priority was 'how can I help this guy', rather than 'how can I get a sale out of this guy'. Will return for paid advice next time!

I usually don't care about giving negative reviews but I am afraid this company deserves to have one. It was a couple of years ago when I ordered my machine. I remember, the first problem was that computer wasn't really ready at time it was supposed to be and I was informed about it when I actually came to collect it. But it's not the reason why I am giving negative opinion and 1 start only.
I ordered a computer with high performance hardware such as very fast processor, a powerful graphic card and I DID point out I will be expanding this machine. A few days ago the Power Supply Unit installed in this machine broke. I started looking for new one considering how much power I'd need. I did all online calculations and it looked like I'd need 650W.
They gave me 550W :/ What's more. The manual to the motherboard I have suggests minimum 600W! This is for me absolutely big fail. 600W minimum and I said I'd expand this machine. I would never ever trust them again.
