We are now partnered with a data recovery lab and can offer more advanced recovery options - pricing on application.
Most work is charged per job, not per hour, and our PC repairs are done on a no-fix no-fee basis with prices set at a highly competitive level.

Quick system clean up, and check that your essential software is up to date - antivirus software and web browser. In most cases this improves system performance noticeably. Details of tasks performed will always be provided. No hidden costs - no hourly charge. A free assessment to determine what work is needed can be provided if the PC is brought to us, or if it is at an address in Dunstable.

Estimates can be given upon inspection of hardware - diagnostics are free of charge and there is no hourly charge!
If we cannot diagnose, or subsequently fix the fault, there is no charge (with the exception of any call-out charges for visits beyond Dunstable - usually 10GBP).
We cannot give accurate pricing for un-seen hardware, though we are happy to give a "best guess" if you are phoning around to get ideas on pricing. Please do ask!

Data Recovery prices will be quoted on application, as each case varies greatly. Cost will be based on the estimated work involved and the volume of data. Prices start from as little as 20GBP for recovery of accidentally deleted photos from a single digital camera memory card. Recovery from a PC hard drive can only be quoted on application.

Found Xenonet by accident and so glad I did! Chris was incredibly professional and did exactly as he said he was going to. He kept me informed at all stages of my laptop repair and from drop of to return the laptop was with him less than 48 hours. Cant recommend him enough and would definitely use him again.
