Rich was very professional and talked me through everything step by step. He located the problem with my laptop and repaired it very quickly. My laptop runs faster and better than it ever has and I will be reccomending him to all my friends and family. I am very satisfied with his work and will only use his services if I need anything repaired from now on.

Brought my partner's son's x-box one x to Rich on Friday morning and he had it fixed and sorted in no time. He is brilliant, straight up and honest. Told me what it could be and to not get my hopes up but insisted on me bringing it around anyway for him to look at because he still might be able to do something. I would highly recommend him.

Rich is top notch! Very knowledgeable. My sons PS5 had no HDMI signal, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted me a price. I dropped it off on Wednesday evening and collected it the following morning. The price quoted was the price I paid. Extremely fast turnaround. Would definitely recommend Rich and will definitely be using his services again if another problem arises.

Overheating problem with my son's PS4, called Rich and he advised what it could be and my options. Pictures sent during the repair to update and received back the same day with a deep clean and new fan. Even gave me the old fan back as a gift . Happy lad and dad that we have it back working, will 100% use again if needed.

My Daughters PlayStation hadn't been working for a while and we thought it was no good. After a phone call to Richard at Steel City I.T we realised that it may work again. The PlayStation was dropped off with Richard and collected the next day all fixed and as good as new. Would definitely recommend using Steel City I.T.

Rich is great and offers a very professional, affordable and friendly service. He clearly knows his subject and is actually interested in what he does. Unlike Dell he wasn't interested in selling me whole new laptop parts and was more focused on fixing my problem as economically as possible. I now won't be going anywhere else for tech stuff now!

Found Rich when googling somewhere to get my Nintendo switch battery replaced. All the reviews looked great so I dropped him a message and I got a phone call the next day. He was very descriptive and very helpful. We dropped my switch off on the Monday and was able to pick it back up on the Thursday. I was very impressed and very reasonably priced too! Yes i would like to recommend him tried his best to help me with my old console very thankful shame we couldnt get it fixed as there was no parts readly available as people was wanting £80/90 for a disc drive thanks alot rich

Excellent service. My xbox one had issues. Richard was quite open and honest with me. He told me what was wrong with it before he opened it. It wasn't worth repairing. This saved me money and effort... He was always pleasant to talk to and made me feel important despite me knowing nothing. Oh, the charge for his service.... Nothing. He diagnosed and told me the problem without trying to make money from me. Some would have made up work to charge for.. His honesty and knowledge has made up my mind up where I will go in the future.

Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator, ringing me when he noticed a possible issue with my Hardware and advising me on my options. My PS3 had suddenly died after years of constant use. He fixed it without any issues. Have since tested it and have no problems at all. Highly recommended, would definitely use his services again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Took my little lads PS4 in with suspected broken HDMI port after being dropped, new HDMI port fitted and also a new hard drive fitted as that was damaged too. dropped off at 9am and collected same day at 7pm (and it was Richards bday too) lovely bloke and communicated with me all day sending pics etc and talking me through everything.
