We can help you with any type of laptop, server or PC issue, from software problems to failed components. Most of the time repairs can be carried out on-site at your home/premises but if the system requires sensitive components replacing this will need to be done at our workshop.
After a short telephone conversation discussing the problem we may attempt to resolve the problem via a remote help session, alternatively we may visit you or arrange the computer to be brought to our workshop (a collection service is available) . We will establish the fault and advise on the cost of the repair.

We utilise uninterruptable power supplies and an n+1 generator setup to ensure constant and clean energy to our infrastructure. The data centre is protected by fire suppression, monitored by CCTV both externally and internally, has 24x7x365 onsite security and the building is surrounded by an 8ft perimeter fence. We are automatically informed of new security patches via our vendor.
34.50 for the first half hour (minium charge) then 17.25 in 15 minute increments (69ph inc VAT). Think of this like the annual service and MOT on your car. I started using personal computers in 1980 with the purchase of Sinclair ZX80 with 1kb of memory. Before long I upgraded to the ZX81 and then came along the 16Kb expansion pack - an absolute must. I was so amazed with the technology that I worked my way through all the new leaps in technology over a 6 year period until the introduction of the 8086 the start of modern PC's as we know them and then I lost count. In the last 20 years we have moved from 25Mhz with 1Mb of memory to a whopping 4000Mhz (4Ghz)+ with 4000Mb (4Gb) of memory (32 bit systems) or (16 Exabytes if using a 64 bit systems) and it's still going up. Interactive high definition gaming, digital photography, film editing and online banking were things to dream of.
