I would highly recommend this service. My motherboard was severely damaged with screw holes and connectors affected. However, the technician was able to repair it in less than 24 hours, stress test my PC, and reinstall Windows. If you have a custom PC and are experiencing any problems, I would certainly recommend seeking assistance from this technician.

Once I purchased the parts and handed them over, along with my PC, he began work on it the same day. He completed all the installations efficiently. During his inspection, he noticed my HDD was old and nearing failure, so he suggested replacing it, which also improved the overall speed of the PC.

Gosh is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly and just great to chat to - about technology or life, haha. He saved my laptop and rather than charging me for a new part he suggested a much simpler fix. That just shows that he really cares about providing the best solution, rather than making most money. He also serviced my partner's laptop which now works like new.
He always documents his work in pictures, step by step. With laptop repairs I feel it is easy for people to take advantage of you when they have so much more knowledge so that only makes it more valuable to find someone who will do what is best for the customer.

My laptop had a broken hinge which was quickly deteriorating to the point where I couldn't use it without risking breaking the screen. It was fixed very quickly and returned in a state I think was potentially better than new! The service was friendly, great quality, and any questions I had were answered with good advice given. Mr Gosh is the truly computer master I have seen. I am deeply impressed by his professional skills, friendly and responsible attitudes. He just saved my laptop, which is spilled by Sojamilk on the keyboard. Now, it looks like a new one. Bearing in mind, he gave me back on Sunday because I told him I have an important meeting on Monday. I lived in Europe and UK for almost 10 years. His "super-speed" service really moved me. Wow, so good to find such a friendly, knowledgeable and honest laptop repairer. When my machine broke down suddenly last week I feared I had lost a lot of stored information. I contacted Gosh and he replied immediately and booked me in quickly. He identified the fault immediately ( a malfunctioning screen), gave me clear options and fixed it within a couple of days. He's a really nice guy too. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my laptop that I needed fixing, and fast. I got in touch through the website and Gosh got back to me within an hour to give me an appointment time. When I got there, Gosh was incredibly friendly and talked me through what he was doing in simple terms that anyone could understand. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and was able to fix it there and then, no charge. I seriously recommend Byte IT. Gosh is thorough, funny and really knows what he's talking about. And judging by how busy he is, lots of other people feel the same.

Gosh has amazing customer service, made me feel at ease and talked me through what he would do and why in regards to my faulty PC. He kept me updated throughout and helped me purchase the right component, great communication allowed me to drop this part off and facilitated a quick turn around. Talked me through what he did and what he changed, took me through potential hazards that could short the motherboard & even recoated my CPU with new thermal paste that has lowered the temp from the 30/40s to as as low as 23!. Reasonable price given, quick and efficient turnaround. Extremely friendly & professional. Would recommend to anyone!. Honestly can't thank him enough.

Our company desktop PC had many problems, programs couldn't run, was really slow, HDD was making weird noises.. Our own IT department couldn't fix the issues properly so we had to call in Gosh, from BYTE IT LTD for help. With his advice, we have replaced our HDD to Solid State Drive (SSD) and got rid of our Vista Operating System, replaced it with Windows 7 Professional, which Gosh have installed and explained to us the differences.
With his help, our Desktop is now at least 20 times faster than before and SILENT!!! Don't know what else to say to express my appreciation to what he's done for us! Many many thanks Gosh!

My desktop broke down and as an international student I do everything with my pc. Within an hour of sending a message through the Byte It website, Gosh send me a message saying I could bring it in the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised. Gosh was very friendly and professional. Both my harddrive and my graphics card had a problem as well as my computer just being very dirty.
Within 48 hours Gosh diagnosed the problem, fixed my computer and it looks like brand new from the inside. Absolutely fantastic service for a reasonable price, I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent old fashioned customer service and value for money, with up to date knowledge. Gosh takes the time to talk through your options in plain English. He offers a prompt service and keeps you informed of progress. Rather then replacing the keyboard on my son's computer he gave us a separate keyboard to use at no cost. I had been having problems with my laptop screen, it was as though a coloured filter had been applied to the display. After taking the laptop to the university IT help they told be that I would need to replace the whole screen. I then took my laptop to Gosh who, in minutes, identified that it was my graphics card that was faulty. He then proceeded to fix the laptop within a week for a good price! Also the initial service was free as I am a student, even if I had decided not to carryout the repair.
