If you are experiencing a problem with your Laptop, PC or Computer, then bring in to our Repair Centre in Leicester and one of our qualified computer technicians will be able to diagnose and repair the problem for you.

Ink & Toner Cartridges:
A full range of cartridges available for most printers on the market, with helpful advice and after-sales service on hand.

Collect and Repair Service:
If you are unable to get into us with your Laptop, PC or Computer, then don't worry, we can arrange to pick up, repair and then drop off your system with you, if you're within the Leicestershire area.

Home Repair Service:
If you would like to have your Laptop, PC or Computer repaired in your own home, then we can arrange for a technician to visit you, if you're within the Leicestershire area.

We can also help with Internet connection problems or setting up your wireless network.

Diagnosis:
Depending on the nature of the problem, it may be necessary to book your system in for the assessment.

Once your system has been assessed and the problem has been diagnosed we will provide you with a quotation for carrying out the repair.

If you choose not to go ahead with the repair there will be a £15 assessment fee to cover the time spent diagnosing the fault. However, if you wish to proceed with the repair of your system then you won't be charged the £15 assessment fee.

If for any reason we are unable to repair your system then you will not be charged, this complies with our no-fix, no fee policy.
