The recurrence of a fault on our laptop which had first arisen a few months ago was repaired within a couple of days FOC with no discussion or argument about cost. Also when we bought our desktop a few years ago we were impressed by the level of service and advice which we received. Since then the machine has been serviced several times foc, quickly and efficiently.
