Advantec Computing Report

Many of us rely on our machines daily work or health reasons so we offer a same day service for those urgent repairs. A home callout service is available for those who are unable to bring their machines into our workshop. We provide free diagnosis for all repairs so you will know the exact cost before commiting to any repair work.

Services Report

We offer full diagnosis and repair of Microsoft Windows based computers. Diagnosis is carried out free of charge, after which we wil provide you with a full breakdown of any issues and cost to repair. Our in house Apple Mac technicians are able to offer diagnosis normally within 2 hours of booking in your machine.

I brought in my very slow 5 year old iMac for diagnosis and upon testing all of the components, they suggested replacing my hard drive for a high speed SSD. The price was very reasonable so I went ahead. WOW what difference! Everything is now instant and no waiting around which the coloured spinning beachball. I took my very slow old laptop into Advantec and they upgraded me to a new solid state hard drive. My laptop is now 10 times faster and best of all I can keep my Windows 7 and not have to make the jump to 10. Thank-you very much, I am very happy. Very fast turnaround as well!
