I sent an email asking for advice and setting out a budget to upgrade my gaming PC. I had a response within hours and the next day 2 options, one within budget and one higher for a better upgrade option. I had the CPU and GPU upgraded and it was done within a couple of days . Excellent service throughout and very knowledgeable when having a chat on collection. Highly recommended.

I'm impressed by Fast Computers because they offer excellent service and have a good personal relationship with their customers. This is not an anonymous chain store but somewhere you are recognised by the staff who are there to help you out without using jargon or technical terms. They are very trustworthy, for eg I had some repair work done to my laptops and forgot I had a money off voucher. I returned later and Fast Computers still redeemed my voucher.
