I have been on lockdown for 6 weeks, 2 weeks ago my pc refused to boot. Today l called Dave for the first time because being without my pc was begging to get to me. I'd had a broken pc sat at home for sometime so tried a bigger pc repair shop. They only carried out a temporary repair so lost my trust in the service. Dave wasn't too far from where I live so gave him a try, he was informative and knew what he was doing from beginning to end and kept me updated. Had a problem regarding home entertainment system and server problem. And Dave worked his way through all possible problems and functions from the laptop.. Seeing all program files to search through and rectify. Was extremely helpful. And sorted some other little problems had with formating hard drives and ripping movies. Very professional service. Would use again.

Took my PC to Dave on the Friday before Christmas after spending around 15 hours trying to resolve the problem myself. Dave diagnosed the problem within 2 hours and contacted me to let me know that a block of memory had failed. He gave me options and costs for a replacement or upgrade. We agreed to upgrade and he ordered the memory. By Saturday evening he called to let me know the new memory had been installed as well as windows 10 being reinstalled. Thorough, fast service and a really nice man. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be using Dave's services again in future.

I decide to go with Dave Dronfield computers after my Pc broken down and Pc world quote me 60 just to be sent for a diagnosis. What I did love about Mr Dave was his dedication and professionalism. He explained me what could be the problems and he worked strategically. He eliminated all the problems one by one until he spotted the problem, and then solved it. He even told me what things I can do by my self so he does not have to charge me for it. Strongly recommend his business.

I recently asked Dave if he could repair my computer, he told me to buy another one that would be cheaper in the long run, rather than repair it. Did just that, and never looked back, he even told me which one to buy off of e-bay. Sixty quid, and it looks brand new. Totally honest guy, and very helpfull!

We have used Dave four times now, always does a good job, even got him fixing my Mums computer. Dave is friendly, polite, he does not blind you with tech talk, he tries to explain what he thinks is the problem and does his best to solve it. He will visit you or you can drop the machine into him. Very reasonable rates.

We picked up a virus on my PC so I found Dave's details online so gave him a call. I dropped the PC off Saturday afternoon and picked up first thing Monday morning. Fantastic job, and found that he worked within the time frame that was easy for me at a price that I was happy with. When I went to pick it up, showed me the PC working.
