We offer a full Ad-hoc support service where you simply pay us by the hour or at a pre-agreed fixed fee. As an ad-hoc customer, we will also try to get your problem resolved as soon as possible and we may even be able to start working on your PC remotely within a matter of minutes. If we can't fix it remotely from here, we can arrange to visit you at your convenience to get you up and running again.

I joined Posilan just over a year ago after hearing some very positive comments on UK business forums. After just a few weeks I was so impressed I transferred all of my domains to them.
