Chris came highly recommended by someone who worked for a company that outsourced some of their IT to him. It came at a time when I was desperately looking for someone to help battle a number of issues and challenges I was facing with what really was, quite a new laptop. Chris was extremely fast to respond to my enquiries, and forthcoming about the reality of what was feasible, and realistic.

I appreciated his no nonsense approach to assessing the situation, and ensured he actually listened to my concerns, and volunteered to take a closer look at my device. He was quick to respond, highly professional, friendly, and went the extra mile with liaising with my product provider to explore all available options, in a cost effective way. He also successfully helped update, and fix an older laptop I had for me to use before I made any decisions about making another major purchase.

Chris at PC Headache has been looking after my computers for several years. Nothing is too much trouble. This week he has replaced the hard drive on my laptop, and then patiently and remotely reconnected my printer. His services are very reasonably priced. I found PCHeadache via a search on Google, when my PC "seized" and was rendered unusable. Chris was very responsive when I emailed, came at the time agreed and did a great job, restoring everything as was. Such a relief! It only cost me 70, despite his working for nearly 2 hours straight - he also very kindly cleaned my PC up without being asked (but checking with me first if I was ok for him to do so). As such it runs faster / smoother than before. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I have known Chris about 3 years and when I have had problems with my laptop he has sorted it out the same day. Chris came to help with various issues I was having with my computer. I used to use currys but didnt want to give up my computer for days. I couldn't be happier with the service, he was able to come round quickly, fixed all my problems very quickly and I considered it to be great value for money. Hugely satisfied with the help and expertise that Chris W (from PC Headache) showed me recently.
Came out to my home on the same day and stayed til my PC issues were fixed. Only contacted him as my PC retailer repair service " wasn't available for a week as fully booked". In hindsight it was a good thing, as now have a PC man who's both flexible and trustworthy. Another unrelated problem was also fixed quickly over the phone (by remote connection) and was Free of Charge. Top service.
