Great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable and helpful from my first email enquiry. Pete set up a new powerful wifi system for our house so that there are no blind spots, all printers work on the system and I no longer have teenagers complaining that things don't work. We did have an expenssive mesh system from Amazon Eero that wasn't doing what it should. The new better more powerful system and all the time Pete has spent sorting it all out would have been cheaper than paying Amazon for the Eero.

Went above and beyond to fix a very difficult issue. Base price is much better than PCWorld or chain repair companies. Returned within 5 days and worked around the clock to fix. PC has worked perfectly since. Also got permission before making any risky or reset decisions. Picked up and dropped off himself in time convenient to me. Would definitely recommend.

Pete just installed a new solid state Hard drive in my son's laptop as his failed just before Christmas and I'm well chuffed. Used Pete based on reviews here and the Neighbourhood app, which all sing his praises. Dropped off and collected in a timeframe that suited me, took less than 48hrs and Pete kept me informed throughout from the initial diagnostic and when the results came back unfavourable proffered solutions and explained the benefits and cost implications. Son's laptop is running faster than ever, opens up now at the speed of a chromebook. Son can now carry on his homeschooling and we can reclaim ours, which will soon be sent to Pete to check out. Highly recommended.

I contacted Pete with a problem with my Apple Laptop. When I went to drop it off he was really pleasant and professional. He was able to look at the laptop that day and gave me really good feedback on the problem as well as the price of repair (which was worth every penny). Had problems with my Ipod stuck on recovery. Pete fixed it and retained all music and photo's etc. As my laptop had a hardware problem I bought a Dell laptop. It's Awsome. Pete was very quick to get back to me when I rang. and the whole job was done in a few hours incuding loading up my new laptop. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Pete.
