Prices range from J99 for a two computer annual contract including on-site health check, two inclusive support visits and remote support. Discounted fixed prices for any additional visits and access to a courtesy computer if yours is being repaired, lost or stolen.

Other tailored support packages available for networked systems and larger organisations. Pay as you Go support is also provided as is network installation and support.

Our 3R-iT Project refurbishes unwanted computer equipment which is repaired, refurbished and redistributed at cost to local people on low income and charities as part of the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher scheme.

All data is securely wiped to above MoD standard & we ensure that any materials which can not be reused are properly recycled, with hazardous components being safely broken down in full accordance with environmental legislation (WEEE & ROHS). A small charge may be made for collecting such equipment.

3R-iT - Recycling and Refurbishment

Not-for-profit scheme which aims to collect unwanted IT equipment for repair, refurbishment and sale or donation to local not-for-profit organisations as part of the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher scheme. Older, damaged or below minimum specification hardware is recycled in-house to above WEEE specifications. All data is securely wiped to above MoD standard. Additional or higher specification components can be purchased and fitted to refurbished computers if required.
