PC and laptop repairs are based on a flat rate of just 70GBP + VAT and we'll even collect your computer from you, repair it and then send it back to you all on a date and from/to a location that's convenient to you - all at no extra charge.

For our upgrade service we charge a flat rate of just 70GBP + VAT + parts with the same collect and return service at no extra charge.

PC & Laptop Repairs/Upgrades

For a flat fee of just 70GBP + VAT (+ parts for upgrades) we'll pickup your desktop or laptop, return it to our technical support team where one of our technical support staff will address and resolve your issue and then have your PC sent back to you. Pick up and returns will be made on a date, and from/to a location, that's convenient for you. In occasional circumstances hardware and/or software may need replacing to allow us to fully resolve issues. If this is the case with your computer we will contact you to let you know and provide you with a cost for the part - if required. However, you are under no obligation to have any additional work carried out and if you do not wish to proceed with our recommendations then we will repair your computer as best as possible. We will not charge you for labour to install and configure any hardware and/or software you purchase from us.
