I used BMTech after having a problem with my HP laptop. A problem which had actually been caused by the repair service of a big high street chain. BMTech's service was excellent, good value and the problems were resolved very quickly. The Engineer (Brian) also explained to me what had happened to cause the problem initially, and how to prevent anything similar in future. very useful for someone as IT illiterate as myself! Since then I have had no problems and I would recommend BMTech without hesitation.

My Sony Vaio laptop was running really slow and took ages to power up. Brian from BM Tech Repairs carried out a full virus check on it, rebuilt Windows XP, installed extra RAM and additional anti-virus protection, and it is now much much faster. I was close to buying a new laptop but thanks to Brian it feels like I have one anyway! And all for a fraction of what a new laptop would've cost me. Very pleased.
