Sean has just built me a PC to the specifics I needed for my job. He's always been helpful with little niggles in the past, so knows my job and exactly what I need to do it well. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new machine! And after a little photography software hiccup this weekend, Sean was on the case at 9am this morning to help me out and get it sorted for me. Highly recommended and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Sean is a life saver! I turned on my computer this morning following an update and all my files had completely disappeared. I'm at uni so that's pretty much all my work from the year as I hadn't backed up much of it- typical student! I tried calling the repair shop the uni recommended and they told me that my files could have been deleted and that there was a long waiting list for repairs anyway.

As you can imagine, I was panicking but within half an hour of calling Sean, he had recovered my files. It's almost exam season and I'd have been absolutely lost without my work- about a 100 different documents! I can't tell you how grateful I am and I recommend Sean 100%. Life Saver! I broke my laptop screen and the day after I sent the laptop in it was fixed with a genuine screen the manufacturer uses. Very fast and great service, and very affordable.

Thanks to this company I can now sleep tonight. Whilst installing Norton, scammers managed to contact me and attempt to hack my computer. I connected remotely with Sean at Spencer Micro, who thoroughly checked through my computer and did the relevant checks, gave me the advice I needed and put my mind at rest. Spencer micro has built 2 high spec gaming desktops for me that have always been reliable, lightning quick and clean builds (cabling, air flow, noise). The service is excellent, I always use Spencer Micro for maintenance, advice and upgrades. On occasion I have had remote support, which has been swift and efficient. My PCs built with care and heavy testing, have never failed, ran into issues, and have stood the test of time. There is no specialist that comes close in Northamptonshire. I will be trusting Spencer Micro for the foreseeable future to maintain and build my desk tops.

After a "Windows 10 update automatically undoing updates" my computer then left me with error messages and an inability to do anything. Spencer Micro cured the software corruption preventing me from using my computer, and restored all files and documents back to the time before all things went wrong. A good efficient repair completed within 4 hours.

My home computer was in desperate need of an overhaul. Can`t even remember how old it is, but know that it has never been serviced. Everything was in slow motion and was tiresome to use as it was so bad. Spencer Micro came to the rescue. Seam did a diagnostic review and although I was using what I thought was a reputable antivirus and scanned on a weekly basis, he found 134 viruses and other issues.

He then phoned me with.An estimate with a suggested antivirus. I accepted the quote and work went ahead. Now I have my PC returned and I can`t thank him enough. I was having a nightmare with my computer and despite paying AOL and Know how every month, the service was worse than poor.
