We are also more than happy to help you should you purchase a new computer which is under warranty, but need help and advice with setting up a wired or wireless network or installation of new equipment.
We operate on a No Fix, No Fee, No Callout charge basis, which provides you with solid peace of mind and can undertake the work on or offsite, dependant on your request.

I have used Bowden-IT twice to fix my laptop and a broken external hard drive respectively. After a great, friednly and very reasonably priced first experience, I had no hesitation in getting in touch when I had problems with my IT equipment again, and after a similar service the 2nd time, I would definitely call Bowden-IT again when I needed IT work done again.
