Great experience! Barry was efficient, reassuring, & capable. Nothing was too much trouble. He fit us in around the busy run up to Jubilee weekend despite having a lot on & was very knowledgeable over solving all our problems. Won't rip you off. Highly recommended.

I am really pleased with the service. Repaired my hard drive straight away whilst I was waiting. No glossover of technical jargon, I was shown what the problem is and he gave me alternatives to choose from. Knowledgeable and honest.

This is the place to take a poorly laptop. Barry is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and, if you're not a techno-whizz, explains things in easy to understand terms. My Macbook randomly packed up at 10pm one Thursday evening causing me one very sleepless night! Using my mac daily to run my online business is essential, and to not have it for any great length of time is quite frankly terrifying! After calling a number of places the next morning (and getting no answer from all others!) I finally got through to Barry at Custom PC Repair who told me I could bring it right on down!

I was with him by 10:00am and after diagnosing the issue with my hard drive, saving all my files and replacing the hard drive it was back with me by the end of the day! I was thoroughly impressed; not only with Barrys speed to fix my (beloved) mac, but also with his communication and his reasonable fees. I will definitely be using him again should I need to and also recommending him to any friends who may need his services. Thanks again!
