I needed help to re-install my office 2010 after somehow corrupting all the install files and not being able to uninstall the software and start again, or re-download until corrupted files had been taken care of. I spoke to very nice Adrian on the phone, who said he would take a look to see what he could do, then remotely connected to my computer then set about to find a solution.
I could see him working away on my computer going into files I never even knew existed, after some time had passed I could see that he had made good progress, and before long he had sorted the problem. GENIUS. For the time spent on sorting this out and for his experience, his fee was very reasonable indeed plus it was nice speaking to someone in the UK and not a call center half way round the globe, who try and charge a small fortune! Thank you so much Adrian. (You saved the day).
