Be careful of these, they quote you for work expensive repair work that doesn't need doing. Go to Apple in Leeds, they can instantly diagnose any issues there and then, something I didn't know. This place was very unhelpful and awkward with me when I was hesitant and questioned them over their 600 plus quote, my gut told me to walk away because of this, and I am so glad I did.
I went straight to Apple who checked my Macbook and it fired up straight away. I have had no work done and I am writing on it now. DON'T BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE. I suspect they are used to taking big money off people for no reason, they tried to make me feel stupid for walking away. I am glad I didn't buy into it.

The keyboard and tracker pad on my Macbook Pro stopped working - not ideal when you use every day for work! Made the appointment to see a technician at Clockwork Creative 9am the same day. 9:15am I had a diagnosis of the problem. By that afternoon I had my Macbook back in working order and able to type this review! Thanks Clockwork Creative - you are life(lihood) savers!

I've known and used Clockwork for over 15 years. Both in a professional capacity for business and also personally. I've always had a top notch professional service from them. I recently smashed the screen on my iPhone whilst out on a run, between making contact to having the repaired unit back in my hand was only 3 hours. Amazing communication and customer service. Highly recommended.

People are usually skeptical and worried in regards to computer repairs with businesses. There is an element of trust. Computers are expensive items that you need to leave with strangers, and most people dont know enough about hardware and software as well as the diagnosis imposed. It's a common belief that you might get ripped off and overcharged.
My girlfriend has had an issue with the Macbook display. Based on the problems, we have come to the conclusion that the issue and model fall under the 13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program, meaning it is eligible for free service by Apple or Authorized SP's. Clockwork have good reviews and my girlfriend isn't IT literate. This made sense. Here's what doesn't make sense: The fault was confirmed by Clockwork as 'no video'. "No image is visible when using a flashlight to illuminate the display" - costed at 500.
This is all well and good despite the laptop being worth less than 500, and when replicating this test Clockworks diagnosis proves false. You can infact see the dimly lit display with a flashlight. How do you come to a 500 display replacement without running proper tests? This is either incompetence or something much worse. Either way it doesn't look good.
I would love to get an explanation from Clockwork in regards to this, because to me it seems as though this business has tried to take advantage of a young woman who lacks the knowledge in their field of expertise. How many others unwittingly fall into similiar traps? I'll also add, we did go to Apple who replaced the screen free of charge based on my original Backlight Service Program diagnosis. Good way of saving 500. Do your jobs properly!

I've taken my iMac here for an SSD upgrade and more recently I've had a MacBook Pro inspected for water damage and both times the service has been excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the turnaround time is very quick. They're also very honest about pricing, they actually volunteered to reduce the cost of the job as the price of the components had come down since they had originally quoted me - you don't get that sort of honesty very often these days! Well done guys, top work.

My 10yr old iMac was completely unresponsive after trying to do a software update on it. Having had no luck with the people at Apple Support over the phone I took it in to Clockwork Creative. Within 24hrs they had diagnosed the problem - it needed a software repair (priced at just 29). They also suggested a larger HDD (priced at 159 inc. the software repair) as my mac had very little space. Considering the age of the mac I wasn't sure what was best but Oliver was more than happy to answer my questions and spend time discussing the options with me. All the staff were positive, happy to help, weren't pushy from a sales point of view and communicated well throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

My phone died a few days into the UK lockdown in April 2020. I did not know how I would get it fixed but Apple directed me to Clockwork and they took care of everything for me. They arranged a courier to collect my phone free of charge, ran test to determine the fault, quoted me a price to fix it (that was extremely reasonable) and shipped it back to me via free courier once again.
All within a week. My phone even arrived with a sanitary wipe to clean it with once I opened it up again. While I do not know if the free courier service would be available during normal operation, it was extremely helpful during this difficult time and staff were extremely friendly and kept me up to date with every step of the repair. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything.

Very good service, extremely efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended. Only pointer would be, when I dropped my machine off there was no one at the reception desk. I was stood there for about 3-4 minutes. No less than 4 members of staff looked right at me without saying a word. It made me feel a bit awkward. It only takes ten seconds to say 'Hi there, someone will be with you shortly'. Other than that, excellent.

Amazing service from Clockwork. Particular thanks to Chris (absolute legend)- who immediately helped me out with multiple problems which Apple had previously just turned away and told me to google what to do myself. The Staff at Clockwork are very professional and friendly, offering constant updates and tracking on repairing processes. Appreciate all your help, would highly recommend to anyone!

I work with mac computers and devices, it's my job. On the rare occasion I have something go wrong I usually have to travel to the nearest apple store, this usually results in a long car journey and me buying a shiny new gadget. I've just returned from Clockwork where the team have fixed the casing on my macbook, they booked the job in seamlessly, sent me a link where I could monitor the process and got in touch with me in less than 24 hours to tell me the job was complete. They're authorised apple resellers as well as authorised technicians and if you've got a mac problem or query, you should call these guys!

My 3 year old US MacBook stopped working on Saturday and with no Apple Store nearby approached this authorised repairer. While there is no parking next to them they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In addition, you have a log in to a web page to access every step of the repair process. They would get 5* from me apart from the fact they when they called twice they never left a message (it was only because of the web page that I knew they wanted my authorisation for repair and that the repair was ready for pick up).
They are obviously popular and well regarded as there were always extra people in the office when I was there. I would not hesitate to have any of my numerous Apple products repaired here.

iPhone stopped work during a backup and iOS update using iTunes - very grateful to Clockwork creative technology for spending the time to restore the phone to factory settings and then for them restore from my last saved back up, thankfully backed up just before it stopped working - recommend very highly.

I work shifts and getting an Apple appointment was a nightmare. When my Mac died I just walked in here without booking and the staff were great. Straight away they knew the issue and it turned out to be a free repair. I came in in the afternoon and by the next day it was repaired and ready for collection. If my Mac is unlucky enough to break again I won't even bother with going to Apple, this is hassle free, quick and you don't have to worry about parking.
