I can't recommend this Company highly enough - they really know their stuff. After struggling with an ageing IMac, which was so slow it was sending my blood pressure soaring, Jonathan replaced the hard drive and now it's faster than the speed of light - meaning I get much more work done. A very efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Scammers Avoid, take advantage of people that don't have a clue about computers. Laptop was taken into shop as wasn't working and then said a motherboard had to be brought as old one was broken, everything agreed and then when it came to collection time they gave the laptop back but not the old computer part which had a high value and I could of sold it but they took it without permission, they tried to claim that they let us know it's a replacement where you don't get your parts back but that's all lies they did not mention that components will be taken by them and we have not signed nor agreed to anything where they can take them so this is just day light theft. This is a very poor business if you will try and tell them they were in the wrong as they will refuse and lie their way out! AVOID****

RIP OFF! STAY AWAY! Almost 200 later and my ipad still does not charge. Took it back almost a year later for johnathan to then rob me 65 to get fixed! Took it home and realised he hadnt fixed at all. Terrible service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Still trying to get my money back!

I would like to thank Jonathan for helping me out when the trackpad on my Macbook Air failed. We spoke this morning and a new trackpad was installed by the afternoon and is working well. I was also very happy with the price of this excellent service. I will definitely use this company again if I have any further problems.

There was an honest mistake with my initial repairs regarding an overcharge for reconditioned parts, also my laptop was returned with the majority of the case screws missing after considerable charges. If it wasn't for this however, it would be a 5 star review. I was promptly offered an upgrade on my mac (16GB ram) to compensate the amount overcharged, and then free of charge recieved a new track pad (without prompting) as it had been cracked. Jon even dropped the laptop of to my address as i had a broken foot at the time.

There were a few minor issues with the service, overall though I appreciate the pride and attentiveness you put into your work Jon, good job! Update - It's been around 6 months since I recieved a second replacement for the battery; the initial replacement was a reused battery that was immediately faulty (i was still charged for a brand new, full operative battery) After resolving this, the battery once again requires servicing half a year later, i've been advised a battery for this laptop on average should last 4-5 years.

I appreciate the original measures for compensating mistakes, however this means keeping my battery working on average yearly with this service would cost 140, and that the 90 day warranty has very little to no use.

Really pleased with the service I received at Mac Repair Nottingham. They retreived all the data from my failing drive, backed it up onto an external and then installed a new SSD drive - it's now working perfectly. I'll definitely use them again if needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with Mac-related problems.

I had a recurring problem over several, months with an iPhone 8 touchscreen not working. It was driving me nuts but Mac Repair stuck with it, trying all cheaper options until eventually it was fixed by replacing the screen. They were very reluctant to charge anything at the early stages as it still wasn't working properly and didn't want to put me to unnecessary expense. As well as being experts in their area they are also very pleasant people to deal with.

Had my 5s battery replaced here awhile ago. nice to see I wasn't the only 1 to be given rubbish service (battery started to drain quickly soon after replacement) Anyways added reviews for your own judgement

I had a repair to USB Flash Drive after it was heavily damaged (Laptop fell off table and landed on drive.) I had all but given up hope when some other company did a botched job, badly soldering. Mac Repairs got it cleaned up and repaired excellently. I Got all my data off it. Turnaround times for computer repairs are pretty good, compared to competitors. They have always treated my equipment good and got it back up and running. I would definitely recommend them. The staff are polite and helpful.

Brilliant place to find. I went there after finding this place via google and reading reviews. It's a rare thing these days when you find somewhere like this. The owner has 20+ years working with mac's of all types. Knows his stuff as do the staff. Brilliant advice and they can fix almost anything at a cost! It's not the cheapest but it's a fair price and you know it will be done properly! If you have anything wrong with an apple product, this is the place to take it! Can't thank them enough....

Second time I've used these guys. First time for work iMacs, this time for my home Mac Mini. Both times for hard drive replacements, both times the work done and available for collection the same day. Excellent service, pricing and really friendly. Can do nothing but recommend.

He probably isn't going to want this review, my iPhone wasn't charging properly. I'd bought 3 cables and another USB in car charger and it was still dying, not very convenient when you are working and relying on it for phone calls, emails, messages, weather and satnav! I popped in to get the phone sorted, he fixed it within 5 mins whilst fixing someone else's monitor - no charge! It was pocket fluff in the Lightning port. He had fixed 3 iPhone screens for me and a Macbook Pro, so I should have gone to him first before assuming it was the cables

iPhone 6 repair. Absolutely fantastic. Easy to contact, easy to arrange to visit, repair carried out in short time, reasonable price, friendly and interested folk. Mint job.
