With over 10 years experience in the IT and Electronics industry I wanted to change the way we all view and use IT. It's my aim to make your computer productive, useable, enjoyable and cost effective using my knowledge and ability to fully understand your needs - this is why I started ryganIT.

My full time job is an IT Consultant providing Server, Computer and Network Installation, Support and Consultancy to businesses across Wales, England and Ireland. Working with a broad range of clients and equipment ensures I'm kept up to date and familier with all the latest technology.

I won't talk in confusing computer jargon, instead I'll explain the problem, the solutions and offer honest advise on any issue or need you may have. It's my goal to revolutionise the way that you perceive your home Computer equipment. I want to help you get the most out of the ever expanding array of IT solutions available today.

I offer a range of services which I can tailor fit to your needs and have a few set rules that I practice. Communication - I believe that an informed customer is a happy customer which is why I ensure you're kept up to date with regular conversations via email and phone. Consistency - I believe by providing a consistently high standard of support no matter what I'm dealing with, along with being approachable and professional I'm able to maintain an excellent working relationship with my clients.
