Seb has fixed two of our iphones now. The service was excellent. The repair on the first phone was very quick and we have had no problems since. The problem on the second phone was diagnosed immediately as an intermittent fault and Seb was able to give us a few options on how to proceed which was very much appreciated. We have found his costs to be far cheaper and more convenient than using Apple directly and will continue to use and recommend him services to others.

Used Seb's for the first time this week to replace the battery in my iPad. Excellent communication and a very quick, friendly service at a competitive price. I shall be happy to use his services in the future any time that one of my electronic devices plays up and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Was open and honest regarding the repair explained that it might not work and why. Took a little longer to complete the repair than expected but not a major issue but happy that it's fixed. Friendly service happy to recommend.

Allow me to set the scene. I unfortunately cracked my phone screen a while back and entrusted a different company (not Seb's Repairs) initially to replace my screen. This other company will remain annonymous but I received the phone with the screens frame bent, causing the new screen to warp and crack again, they left excess glue splurging out the edges and, after Seb's inspection, I discovered that the other company had even left a shard of glass on the battery!

I had to eventually resort to using cellotape to keep my screen stuck to my phone in the lead up to getting it repaired again. And yet this other company still had the audacity to charge me. I literally paid good money for this other company to damage my phone more than it was before. This is where Seb's Repairs comes in! Immediately after my awful experience with this other "repair" shop, I contacted Seb and asked if he could take a look at my phone and see if he could fix the damage that this other company had caused.

Despite how busy he is, he was swift to reply and it wasnt long before I had both the deposit and dates organised for when I would have my screen replaced and ready. When my new screen arrived at Seb's house I was contacted about getting my phone dropped off. Once Seb received my phone I was sent regular updates by Seb on the status of the repair including regular progress pictures of my phone in its various stages.

I couldnt help but smile to see the final image of the phone with its new screen in place. Several clamps surrounded the phone to ensure that the glue was setting the screen perfectly level and smooth. Seb even had my phone delivered to me the following morning to ensure I had it. The entire process was done incredibly professionally and I really do appreciate the level of care taken to ensure the job was done properly. TL;DR: My phone screen cracked and was made worse by a botched repair from a different company. Seb took the reigns and fixed my phone quickly and professionally. Thank you so much Seb! If I ever need a phone repair again I know that I can rely on Seb's Repairs to get the job done right.

Seb's a regular decent guy doing a great job. He's fixed various devices for me quickly and well. A couple of times it was something very simple - dirt in the charge port which he pulled out straight away. Fixed no fee!

Excellent service from initial phone conversation to repair today. iPhone had water damage and I really thought that was it but Seb replaced a part, talked me through what he was doing and ‘bingo’ phone is working. And all at a very reasonable cost. Will be recommending Seb to friends and family, thanks.

I’ve used Seb several times to fix various items that have usually been damaged by our 12 year old. This time I needed a new charging cable for my wife’s Lenovo laptop. After trying Amazon and receiving 2 incorrect cables I went to PC World and they had a universal adaptor with 8 different adaptors. None of these fitted. After visiting Seb he said he could get me one easy enough and then remembered some he had in stock. Another one with various adaptors. It fit!! What a legend. Sebs comes through where the “Big Guns” failed miserably.

Managed to break my phone screen on iPhone 8 twice in a month. On both visits is was welcomed with a smile and with the assurance my phone would be fixed whilst I waited. Thank you keep up the good work.

IPhones are renowned for being obsolete!! My iPhone 7 was crushed by a deck chair & Seb offered really helpful alternatives when we discovered it was dead. Great prices & will make sure you are looked after from his humble shed.

I had a couple of iPhones that had problems but I wasn't sure what was wrong with them. I contacted Seb via facebook having been recommended him by a friend. Two hours later I popped into his shop and he checked over the phones, gave me advice and fitted a screen protector ALL FREE OF CHARGE! Lovely guy, who really knows his stuff. We always use Sebastian and really wouldn't go anywhere else. On this occasion all I can say is wow!!! My daughters iphone 6 was shattered front and back. He replaced the screen and back and even changed the buttons to make it all match. She was so happy she cried. It looks absolutely amazing and at a great price. Thank you

I have visited Seb's Repair shop twice now with two seperate iphones- one was for a broken camera replacement and the other for a new battery and screen. On both occasions I have been impressed with Seb's work- he is honest and upfront with what service he can provide and can tell he goes extra mile for customers. I went to Seb for the second time after I destroyed my phone on a night out (I'm exetremly clumsy) He was quick to help, fixing my phone while I was there! Seb did an amazing job, he's quick, profession and is very reasonable in price (which is great because I'm a skint uni student) I would never take my phone or laptop to anyone else! Not only has he fixed my clumsy mistakes he also did a great job on my mac by updating it for my dad to give to me as a birthday present! Thus, it shows not only do I go to him with my electrical problems but now different members of my family have used his services at some point. So good and I would highly recommend to anyone!!
