Matt did a great job of sorting out all my niggly IT issues - extending wifi throughout the house, getting my aged printer working again, and resolving some Microsoft issues I was having. He responded to my first email very quickly and he doesn't give up when there's a problem to be solved. I'm hoping that I don't need him again in a hurry but I'll know where to go if I have more problems.

After having a long-serving computer getting very unreliable, and crashing numerous times, I contacted Matt, and he set up a new PC for me. He transferred all the material I needed, and made sure I had all the programs I'm used to. He is very knowledgeable, and is very clear and calm in dealing with things, and has a very friendly manner. I would certainly use him again, and I would recommend him without reservation. It's really good to find someone you know you can rely on.

Matt helped me set up my Office 365 account for my business. I consider myself to be quite tech savvy, but the configuring etc wasn't something I felt comfortable about dealing with. Matt recently repaired my laptop computer screen. I was very impressed with how quickly he operated, as my laptop is important for my job I needed a quick repair. Within a few days it was fixed. Very reasonably priced compared to other repair companies I have used in the past. I would highly recommend speaking to Matt from BCS for all computer repairs and IT support.

My PC failed in the office. A hard drive failure. In no time at all, and BCS engineer was round to my office. He recovered my email, my files and some settings. I decided to go for a new PC and a new machine arrived within the next business day. The same engineer setup the PC, and transferred all my data over. He took time to explain Windows 7 and the new Office 2010, moving my emails from the old Outlook Express. Customer service was great, and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for support.
