Doctor without the scary "parts". You must know the feeling when you have something important to you that needs to be taken care of and the outcome is questionable. You might know a few things about the situation but over all you know that at the end, it has to be a trusted professional who will solve the problem, with the right advice. If this is what you are looking for well, than you are at the right place.

PC Doctor is exactly what it is without wasting your time, money, leaving you hanging on quotes or not picking up the phone. A friendly chatter is what the experience is, without ever feeling in doubts about your choices in a field where someone could easily take advantage of you. PC Doctor does exactly the opposite of that. I have been contacting him three times in the past years and so far all advices he suggested me to go with worked out like a dream.

Nobody likes when their times are wasted, that usually goes with wasting money and resources. This attitude is matched with an easy to chat to kind personality and a seemingly bottomless pit of professional knowledge of his industry. If you ever need a doctor, hope for the PC Doctor. To be fair, my request was a simple check-up and advice on a strange pop-up when I turned my laptop on. The Doctor (I hope he doesn't mind me calling him that) looked it over to his best ability and for a reasonable price stripped it, cleaned it and returned it. It took 2 hours so if there's a restaurant nearby, you can wait there, or you can do what I did and visit the Edinburgh Zoo that's also not too far.

My laptop almost stopped lagging entirely when I played some of the most demanding games on it. Needless to say, the doctor did his job well, and I recommend his services. And if I can just recommend one thing. If you're a foreigner, make sure your laptop can change its default language to English.

It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. PC Doctor has excellent customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair-overall very satisfying service from PC Doctor. I would highly recommend that Mac users try this place first before wasting their time and money on Apple's service!

My partner and I tried building our second PC last October but couldn't get it working and after trying to solve the problem we ended up very frustrated and giving up. I called in to Roseburn shop to see if my laptop could be repaired as I required to travel to Wales the next day. I had foolishly broken the hard drive connection. The gentleman at the shop was exceptionally kind and tried to fix but reckoned may need new hard drive. However, he persevered and managed to get it working. Outstanding service and exceptionally kind.

I was attempting to build my own pc when I ran into an issue so I phoned pc doctor, he told me I could pop down to the shop And he will take a look.he fixed the issue in 10 minutes, I honestly thought I was going to have to buy myself a new motherboard but he saved the day! it's a friendly shop and the guy was extremely helpful.i know I will be using his shop in the future without hesitation. I have not words to describe how good and helpful were the staff at PC Doctor, specially John who performed a little Ng needed upgrade on my computer and went the extra mile to help me with it. Always very professional, excellent and quick in his communication, I really recommend this service.

I am extremely happy with the service from this company, knowledgeable, reliable, helpful and friendly. I needed a top end gaming PC to run a flight simulator, nearly ordered online, so glad I didn't. First class advice on what I needed, no pushy sales, better end product at a better price and I have a local contact when it needs an upgrade etc. Absolutely first class.
