Our engineers are all dedicated professionals with a combined experience of several decades in the IT industry and we are making that experience available to our customers. Our engineers are trained in fault diagnosis with all makes and models of PC and most laptops. We can resolve most hardware and software issues at your home but if that's not convenient, we also have a workshop where we can conduct our work.

PC Health Check
Report
Our engineers can conduct a Health Check on your PC to determine its status and identify any problems our customers may be having. The cost includes any work done on the computer but does not cover the cost of any hardware that may be required. Any additional cost beyond the J15 plus J20 Call Out Fee will be discussed and agreed with the customer beforehand.
PC Valet
Report
A good clean has been known to improve PC performance. Our engineers can tidy up your computer, as well as making sure that it is clean inside. Typically a valet will not require extra parts so this price is fixed. However, if parts are needed they will be charged for separately. The cost for fitting these parts will be included in the cost of the valet.
