I had a problem with a high end desktop with the issue of the 8TB HDD not been detected by the desktop when it restarts. Excellent service. Evaluated the issue straight away. Tried to resolve it using various methods - and I can see that they tried hard to get this resolved. They presented me with options and price ranges. Their prices for labour and also the products was very competitive to online prices, and they also come with a warranty as well. To summarise - I left a very high end desktop in good hands, and they did not stop until they had resolved the issue.

I cannot recommend this firm too highly. My laptop has become so slow it was unusable and I have little knowledge and skills with IT but within 48 hours they replaced the hard drive and increased the memory and returned to the speed to that of my iPhone! Not only that but all my old documents were preserved and they have simple instructions about restoring any apps which needed to be restored.
They saved me 's +++++ and their charges are entirely reasonable. Look for the stone build place on the right of Harrogate road going towards Leeds - they also have a great car park! I haven't heard of any other company like them in the area!

I took my iMac to Oliver at Mac Repair as the hard drive failed and Apple support informed me my machine was now considered Obsolete. Oliver not only replaced the hard drive but was also able to save a large number of family photos that we thought we had lost for good. The whole process was professional and efficient and Oliver communicated and advised throughout. I would highly recommend Mac Repair Leeds.

Have used them twice now for my MacBook unibody. First time was to have more memory on the hard drive. Second time was to get data from this MacBook as I unfortunately tried to install an OS that was too new for the MacBook! Glad to have my data back. Put it onto an external hard drive for me to use. Asked if it would be accessed on a PC or Mac.

I had an iMac that wouldn't function so I gave them a ring. I dropped it down about an hour later and received the diagnostics as well as the cost of fixing it before I got home. With the ok to go ahead, they fixed it over the weekend and I picked it up on Monday. It just so happened that my screen had a small crack in it, so when they removed it (as you have to with iMacs) to change the hard drive, it cracked in half. Luckily, I had gone to the right place as they replaced it with a new one free of charge. They also stayed back an extra 10 minutes after closing to make sure that I could pick it up, as I live about 30 mins away and had to finish work.

What I really liked was that there was an old woman who had taken her PC for repair when I walked in. They were handing it back to her and didn't charge her because it was only a very small job which made me think they were extremely trust worthy. Took my PC in for repair, got it back to me the day after all fixed and runs perfectly, really happy with them and fixed it all really quick, guy who fixed it clearly knows his stuff. Very happy.

If you have a problem with your laptop, PC or any electronic device, it is the best place to go. The staff provide an excellent service. They are very friendly and always ready to help, and you always feel welcomed there. They are very knowledgeable about laptops, PCs and electronic devices and they are always happy to give an advice. I had a problem with my laptop.
It was very slow. These lovely people suggested to replace a hard drive. My laptop was quickly repaired. Now it works so fast, it feels like a completely new computer. Amazing! Thank you so much for your wonderful work. Highly recommended!

After a Macbook Pro laptop hard drive crash. Mac repair replaced the hard drive, as much data as could be retrieved, an updated operating system.all in half a day, at a very reasonable cost. Which mean't I could get back to concentrating on my business. All with good grace and no fuss. Running smooth, faster, with no glitches. Highly recommended.

Found this place by way of recommendation from a friend. I'd already been down to Apple who had quoted me over 400 for a screen repair on my macbook. The place is in north Leeds about 10 minutes in a car from the town centre. Parking was good and staff are friendly and trustworthy. My screen took two days to be fixed, and the price was a quarter of what the apple store was asking. Very pleased.
