Took in a PC that caught the wrong end of a power surge. Dave called me directly and gave a full rundown on the issue (turns out it was just the PSU that went down), cost and timescale for repair. I was kept informed of any changes ahead of time and everyone went above and beyond. Thanks again folks. Would recommend.

Great guys! Genuinely care about getting all the details right. Had a 15yr old Toshiba fixed at a very low cost for my GF and I just treated myself to an almost new DEL for almost half price and with support what's not to like. Highly Recommend!

I have been using and tried different Computer repair service shops adds in papers for years I have to say A1 pc repair for there honesty and same day service very cheap how do they do it and not to say there Friendly Service I give them 10 out of 10.

Really pleased with my experience. Was panicking as my laptop failed. Dave immediately had me diagnose the problem myself from home so that I could see what was wrong myself so we could make a plan together rather than just being told what to do. I dropped it off and it was ready to pick up within 24 hours even though the shop was very busy. We had a slight miscommunication about a charger however Dave was nice and very professional when sorting it for me and even gave me a spare charger free of charge to apologise for this miscommunication. My laptop is working better than ever and I would definitely recommend his shop! He will be my first phone call if ever anything goes wrong with my laptop again in future.

Dave was so helpful. I cant thank him enough. He got my files back when PC World told me they were gone forever. They almost talked me into buying a new laptop. I would highly recommend A1 PC repairs .Dave goes the extra mile to help solve pc problems and provides an A1 sevice. My computer was well past its sell by date, It died and would not switch on again. Dave extracted the data which was very important to me and installed it onto a new computer as well as setting up my new computer for me with optional extras. He is very reasonably priced and very pleasant explaining everything.

Absolutely brilliant, wont take my PC anywhere else. not only fixed the fault, but shown me where i went wrong and how to correct it myself should it happen again, you wont get that from PC world etc

A1 service!! I've used this company many times for all my computer needs. Very reasonable prices. Great communication, kept me fully informed of everything that needed to be done. Pick up/drop off service available aswell. Definately will not go anywhere else now and always recommend to friends/family. If you want somebody who is quick and efficient these are the guys!! :)

Dave arrived at my home on a Sunday which was really good going. He was very thorough in sorting my issues with my PC and now it runs faster than ever. Really happy! I have already recommended his services as it is great having someone you can trust.

I contacted Dave after searching for a local pc specialist to update my pc due to windows vista not being supported anymore by Microsoft. Dave came round to my house after finishing his days work and talked me through my options. He was very helpful and took my pc with him that night. two days later the pc was returned with windows 10 operating system installed and much much faster load times!

The price was very good and he even increased the memory on my pc for free! I would recommend Dave and would say that he genuinely wants to help. Good old fashioned customer service.

Having purchased a laptop off A1 PC Repairs I lent it to my daughter to play on, on collecting it off my daughter it wasn't working! I called A1 who asked me to drop it off and they will have a look and repair it, which they did. Best of all they did it under the warranty I had with them. Having used bigger companies before and got nowhere when I had issues, I can honestly say I will use A1 again. No hassle, and a very reliable service. A big 5 stars from me. Thanks guys

Just like to thank David I used him 3 times he's brill cant thank him enough for what he has done for me- I messaged him on Facebook about a screen for my friend about dropping a laptop for repair as it need a new screen. He came to picked up at my house and took it way I received a message off him 30mins later asking me would I like to arrange pick it up .
