We can repair many issues within our workshop, more complex issues may need further time & investigation but no work is carried out until you have been fully aware of any costs or options.

Labour is usually charged at a flat fee while any computer parts required are usually offered to the customer to obtain (we will source it FREE for you) or for a small mark-up fee we will source and purchase it which will not affect your statutory rights.

If your computer is beyond economic repair we will also help you find a new replacement using our free computer consultation service.
