Earlier in 2011 we moved out of our shop premises in Bideford to begin working on a purely mobile basis. This way we feel that we can offer you an even better service, as we do all the hard work for you!
No longer do you have to unplug your computer and cart it down to the local shop, just give us a call and we'll come out to you, either repairing the computer in your home or place of work, or taking the computer back to our workshop, whichever suits you best.
Better than this, is that even though thanks to our speedy mobile service most of the headache is removed, we still aim to keep our prices below those you would normally pay at any other local shop, therefore saving you both time and money!
Our chief engineer has over seven years practical experience in the field, along with numerous qualifications and is more than capable of curing any technical problem you are experiencing. In addition to our professional skills we will always treat you with the utmost respect, and would be more than happy to talk you through exactly what went wrong with your computer and how best to prevent it from happening again.
We offer free delivery and collection on all computer repair jobs within the Bideford area.

Our current antivirus product is Bullguard Internet Security – having outperformed many of the competing anti-virus products on the market we can now offer it for a reduced rate of £29. 99 instead of the online price of £49. 95.

From a message late one night, advice that night, to an appointment the next day. This service is awesome. Kind, understanding, accommodating. The gentleman on the desk was not patronising but completely professional and went out of his way to enable to to get the most from my visit and device that I needed help with (not bought from them). I recently presented my laptop with a rather obscure (and random) fault. Since the fault manifested itself at the very start of the boot process it was not possible for the system to produce a log file.
Bideford Computers' approach to this was very methodical and the fault was eventually cleared.
Chris showed great tenacity, was very professional and the liaison was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Chris did a great job yesterday in sorting out my friend's iPhone and iPad issues. He is attentive, knows his stuff and managed to solve it all at a very reasonable rate. I'd definately recommend him to anybody who has techie problems or wanting advice on what computer to buy. He also stocks a lot of accessories as well as selling laptops etc.

Thank you Bideford computers for fixing my laptop keyboard and adding a new NVME SSD (hard drive) to my laptop. My keyboard was experiencing a phenomenon known as keyboard flex that was spoiling my typing accuracy. Chris diagnosed the issue promptly and got to work on the machine as soon as he could. The laptop is now back in my hands and the issue has now been completely resolved thanks to Chris. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was informed of all the work carried in great detail.
