I brought my PC here not knowing what was specifically wrong with it, within a day they identified the problem, told me, and got parts replaced and installed by the next day, I recieved my PC back in a better state than i put it in, all the cables where a mess but Shepway Computers tidied them all up and replaced missing thumb screws I had. Overall the service was good value, and they went above and beyond my expectations. If I have PC issues in future I will definitely be coming here again.

Terrific service from Daniel at Shepway Computers. He responded very quickly and explained in advance what he would do, and the expected timeline. He then rang to keep me informed of the parts he needed to buy which I readily approved. He then had it back to me pretty sharpish after the items had been delivered. All in all an excellent service!

I was pleased with the service & price when they fitted a new keyboard to my laptop earlier this year, so when it needed a new screen (today) I rang them. I dropped it off at 10.45 & got a call from Lewis 2 hours later to say that it was ready to collect! I defy anyone to find a better service than that. I briefly explained my problem over the phone (suspected virus) and Shepway Computers (SC) immediately set to work by logging into my computer and searching out the virus and downloading a Malware programme for me. A great job, but I wanted to make sure and also my fan was on continuously so I took my laptop in. Hours later I got a call explaining everything they did, in plain English yet, and my PC was as new.
Over 5,000 bits of nonsense were gotten rid of and my laptop is as quiet as a mouse. Would I recommend Shepway Computers or use them again? In a heartbeat... Well done and thanks.

Thank you very much for sorting out the problems with my laptop this week. Programs and games are reinstalling very quickly again this afternoon. Nice to be able to do more than one thing at a time again. Games I have tested so far are all working perfectly and I have not even needed to assign each one to use the higher graphics option. Sound and picture are both perfect and no lagging at al.

Microsoft "Answer desk" online help broke my primary PC and spent almost 10 hours over several days trying to fix it - without success. Phoned Shepway Computers who diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it completely within the hour! Absolutely deserves the five-star recommendation - I would review Microsoft as well, except there is no option for zero stars!

PC world condemned my computer and forced me to buy another completely unnecessarily. These good people fixed it in a matter of 3 hours with courtesy. I shall buy my next one from them. I did get a refund from the other people but what a mistake to make. Nearly cost me £600 against a modest repair fee. 100% recommend Shepway Computers.
