Came to Paul because of all the good reviews on google and he didn't disappoint. Would score him more if I could- he's a friendly, efficient, genuine guy. He's saved me getting a whole new laptop, which I appreciate as a student. He was really responsive and quick to identify the issue. Next time I have a problem with my laptop, I'm not wasting time and coming straight to Paul.

Paul is a knowledgeable, efficient, helpful person who has dealt so professionally with my panics over my hacked email account and mistakes I have made with my laptop and phone. He is very responsive and will do his best to help you when you phone suggesting solutions on what to do and following up on things. He is my go to person for any technology problems and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
His charges are very reasonable and indeed will refuse to take anything for queries answered where his expertise has allowed me to fix things I could not have managed without his input.

Recently my old Windows PC slowly died after several days of trying to fight off MS insistent "updates". This situation was going to need some serious treatment. I set about reading reviews of several computer repair shops and best liked the look of Paul's. When I took my machine round, Paul's cheerful welcome immediately made me feel better, in spite of learning that parts of the hardware and its operating system were were indeed kaput.
I should leave it with him and await a call. Paul rang back saying he could put on a working version of Windows, backup all my data and replace the hard drive, all of which we agreed on and Paul got on with the job. I was amazed at the very favourable charge for bringing my old tower back to life. I recommend Paul whole heartedly for his friendly, cheerful approach and the quality of the technical service.

Have used this business 3 times, 1st for an I phone repair, 2nd time was a new screen for my son's lap top, and most recently my own lap top which was no longer picking up any wireless network, each time the service was excellent, all work was done within 24 hours to a great standard and all for a good price, will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

PC went wrong and I didn't know where to start looking for honest and reliable service. Paul was recommended and can't say how impressed I am. Friendly, helpful and super fast service. My wife's new HTC 10 got water damaged. Paul was brilliant, the phone had only recently entered the market and it was difficult to get spare parts for the phone. Paul and Anton found the problem and determined what part they needed quite quickly. Paul persistently looked online for the part he needed to repair the phone, giving me an update once a week on progress.
It was over the Christmas period and after 2 and a half months of waiting for the part to become available, it finally came and the phone got repaired! They did a great job and it's very much appreciated that they didn't give up looking for the part! Thank you again for repairing my wife's phone

I was having problems with my work laptop, outlook refused to open. I took it all the way to my office in Manchester for the IT guy to look at, he has it for 4 hours and manages to delete a couple of games and install some anti virus software but cannot fix my outlook, great! I took my laptop down to Paul and he sorts the problem in under 1 minute 😲, now my outlook is working and I can get on with my work, legend!
