Patrick efficiently fixed my ailing laptop on the same day at a reasonable price. He was incredibly easy to work with and comes highly recommended!

My pc turned off and won't turn on. Went to Patrick, he sorted out for 5 mins! The problem was my PSU! Thx to Patrick, made my life easier! I would recommend! Really kind person!

Wellingborough Computer Repairs: I cannot see what the problem here is, my partner interrupted him to tell him that I would be back soon, and she pointed out that she would not be able to help him. She did not mean to be rude and did not understand why he took offense.

Unfortunately I can't rate the actual service as I was rudely interrupted by the lady who answered the phone to tell me that Patrick wasn't there and he'd be back in half an hour. Just a suggestion to perhaps improve peoples first impressions - please let people finish speaking before you speak, it's common courtesy. I immediately went elsewhere.

Wellingborough Computer Repairs: My diagnosis involved quite a bit of time, disassembling the laptop to be sure of the fault.

My daughter's laptop got stuck on boot menu, took it to Patrick to have a look at it, asked for a price and was told over the phone that finding the fault would be free and cannot quote for price till he knows what work needs to be carried out. He then rang me couple of hrs later saying the hard drive had failed. I did not want to spend hundred odd pounds on a new one so said I would pick up the laptop - at this point he tells me he has to charge me 45 for the diagnosis.

Totally dishonest advertising and I feel ripped off as I would have liked to have had the choice to shop around for free diagnosis or made a choice to pay for diagnosis or not spend any more money on it. Don't use his services, not a man of his word

Had problem with pc not recognising my hard drive. Watched endless videos on how to fix it but none worked. Once I gave the pc to Patrick, He knew exactly what to do. Even when they didn't work he still kept trying to solve the problem. It worked out in the end and thats why I would highly recommend his services. Thank you so much.

I rang Wellingborough Computer Services at 09:00 yesterday morning and explained that my 8-year old desktop PC had crashed the evening before, with an error message saying ‘no operating system found’. Patrick kindly let me take the crashed PC around to his house, I think I was there by 09:30. After a couple of hours, Patrick called to say he had found the problem: new SSD hard drive required. Luckily, he had a suitable one in stock along with a pre-loved power supply as this was also looking frail.

I picked up the repaired PC at about 16:30 on the same day, and the overall cost was very reasonable. Excellent service from a true professional, and a very nice gent! Would recommend unreservedly.

Took my poorly tower pc to Patrick at 11am saturday (would not boot to windows). Kept me updated during the day and then phoned at 9pm! to tell me the repair was complete. Collected the pc on sunday morning, all working just fine. Excellent friendly service and competitive pricing to say the least. Thanks again Patrick. Highly recommended.

My Laptop just gave a blank screen with no way to get back into it so took it to Patrick on the Wednesday to see what he could do. On Thursday went back to find that all had been restored with no loss of data plus for a reasonable cost the Laptop sweed had increased by soo much. Old school this Guy is good will go back to him and recommend.

Patrick fixed my non-functioning tablet in under four hours. I had been told by a well-known retailer it needed replacing as it is four years old. I am so glad I didn't fall for that! The Samsung helpline was also not very helpful as they blamed Google and trying to get help from them was a challenge too far. I highly recommend Patrick

Prompt and efficient service, I took my father’s computer to Patrick on a Saturday morning. My father’s computer had a corrupt disc drive. Later that evening I had a call from Patrick to say the computer was fixed with its solid state hard drive and everything else done that I had asked for, I collected it the next day. Patrick called a week later following up just to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely use Patrick’s services again.

Took my laptop that looked like it may have overheated and ready for the scrap yard. We agreed I’d come back in a couple or hours so he could have a look at it (I didn’t hold out much hope) to my surprise he’s got it up and running again and has saved me from redoing a lot of work!
