As the Managing director of YourRepair HomePlan, I have taken out an on going maintenance plan with UK Business IT for 12 desktop computers. Mark has put Chris in charge of our account, the service is absolutely first class, they are both readily available on telephone, which is great for us, we much prefer to pick up the phone and speak to somebody rather than raise a ticket or send an email.
