I had an unusual request in that I had an eBay dispute due to having purchased and paid for a certain type of graphics card (2080ti) and receiving one of much less value from the eBay seller (1080ti). As such I was forced to raise a dispute claim and Ebay/Paypal required me to obtain an independent appraisal to prove the received card was not as described in the eBay listing.
I had trouble with many PC repair specialists who declined to help me but PCPal were only too happy to help. Antony stopped by and verified my claim and only one hour later I had the appraisal letter in my inbox, as a result Paypal have now agreed to issue my refund! Very happy with the service, prompt arrival, professional service and rapid resolution, would highly recommend!

Based on a good experience with PC Pal a few years ago, I had no hesitation in seeking help again. An appointment was arranged within a couple of days, and was tackled in a methodical and businesslike manner - each step discussed, advised, agreed and implemented. Since one of the steps was a 'resetting' of Windows 10, the specialist left to visit another client whilst it was running, returning later to complete what was possible in software terms. I was satisfied with what was achieved, and would not hesitate to use the service again (or advise anyone in trouble to seek their help).

Antony was very professional and extremely helpful when I had problems with my laptop. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he patiently explained everything. On his advice i returned my laptop to the retailers and they replaced the faulty hard drive even though the salesman said there was nothing wrong with it. I would thoroughly recommend PC Pal to family and friends and wouldnt hesitate to contact Antony again if I had further problems.
