My laptop was broken badly and I was really impressed at the repair and how soon it was done, it looked brand new! Laptop completely broke down trapping my University Essay (due in the next day) on it. Chap at the shop not only managed to retrieve my data from the fried hard drive, but did it in a matter of hours so I could still turn in my assignment. And he did it for 50% off for students, cannot recommend this guy enough.

Wow! Syed was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite, professional and accomadating. He offered extremely helpful advice and tips and was really great to deal with. He diagnosed a microSD for me and discovered it was a fake sold on amazon ! He also diagnosed a failed HDD for me and recovered all of my data including my entire photo library! Having been in Leicester for some time now, I came across The PC Expert Leicester, and met a lovely man named Ali. I had issues with my laptop performance and he advised me to buy a Samsong 870 EVO 1TB SSD online, because I could get it for cheaper but went for the 2TB SSD version instead because, I can of course. Once the SSD arrived, he booked me the next day and without hesitation, I came to his store to have my new SSD installed.

The entire process was super smooth, even though the process took a while, and the performance overall on my laptop has improved dramatically. Ali was very patient with me from the beginning to the end, and he is a person who knows exactly what he's doing and truly an expert in the field of technology. He also gave me helpful tips to help keep track of my performance to make sure my laptop performs as it should. I visited the shop because my MacBook did not charge and rather than selling me anything, the PC expert went through the issue with me so I could figure out the best solution. He recognized my level of knowledge and worked with me on that level; he also gave me useful and HONEST advice. Very honest businessman. Im not their customer yet but sure in the future. He advised me to save money to pay for call out money but bring my ‘shop computer’ to his shop instead. Just a few minutes, he honestly me told me nothing wrong and I left pay nothing. Sure others shop will ask me to leave it with them to check and end up for some bills to pay. My PC died on me leaving me no access to important documents. I popped into PC Expert and was told what options were available, and how much each option would costs. He was very clear and I was convinced he knew what he was talking about. I booked my PC in for repair on Friday 31 August, he said it would be ready for collection on Saturday, but I couldn't pick it up until Monday.

My PC was ready and fully repaired, cleaned inside and fully setup and optimised with all the correct drivers etc. An excellent, professional and quick service, I highly recommend PC Expert- he is!

He patiently explained how to keep my PC running smoothly and how to avoid services which slow the performance. Hard drive failed on my Mac unexpectedly which seemed like a disaster at the time. Syed was absolutely brilliant and totally saved the day. My computer would not switch on (fried hard drive), and I had important university data on there which was not backed up. Syed was very reassuring, worked quickly on my computer and at all stages gave me options to reduce the cost. When I picked up my computer, he had amazingly retrieved all my data (university and otherwise), and had installed other useful add ons for me. Fantastic - thank you!

My laptop's motherboard failed, so I took my laptop to Syed to diagnose the problem. 3 days later, he offered to fix my laptop and he repaired it in the same day. On top of that, I received comprehensive details about maintaining my laptop and he has answered other questions as well at a standard I expect from all computer repair shops. He is also very honest about his work.

Took my laptop in because I was having problems installing software. Sorted out all issues there in the shop and gave me loads of advice about how to get the best out of my machine. Highly recommended. Explains things really simply and well - first time I've ever been able to keep up with a computer expert!

After my liquid cooling tube spilt and leaked onto my components Syed was able to salvage anything that was still working and build me a new PC with some new (and much better) hardware very quickly and at a very affordable price. He outlined all of my options and I always felt that he was trying to save me money wherever possible rather than trying to make the most he could. Would recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their computer.

Excellent customer service! You get a proper explanation of what the problem is, the potential solutions and everything is shown on the computer so you can be sure. The repair itself is incredibly fast, same-day fix and I received both a text and a phone call to let me know that my laptop was ready for me. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially for students and I will definitely take my laptop back if it ever needs fixing again!

I had a great experience with The PC Expert. They explained every step of the repair process, made recommendations to help me keep the costs down while still getting effective equipment installed and were clear, transparent and helpful at every stage. Absolutely incredible service! Took my laptop in on Thursday completely dead, and quite badly damaged and I had it back, completely fixed and working good as new by Saturday. Syed is the best example of great customer service. He is super honest, always giving you many options and only carries the work out once he has your permission, instead of tricking you into buying things you don't need like some other companies do.

He keeps great records of the work carried out, even taking 'before and after' videos which he then showed me. He also showed me a bunch of ways to keep my laptop in good health after the fix, and went through every function to ensure it was working perfectly, even throwing in little extras like cleaning the screen! The whole thing was also incredibly cheap given how much was done, and his student discount is great! PC Expert always have my business now and I would recommend them to anyone, it's rare to see such incredible service these days, but this place is an example of one of them.

Having had trouble in the past with various computer repair shops, I was a little nervous about handing over my laptop to anyone, despite THE PC EXPERTS shining reviews. When I expressed my concern Syed was understanding, kind, friendly and more than happy to help.

I took my laptop in this morning around 10.30 to have my screen replaced and I was ecstatic when I received a call only 2 hours later to say the work had already been done. Absolutely excellent customer service - Syed was extremely helpful throughout. Gave in my laptop with a corrupted hard drive, gave great advice on the best hard drives to replace with. Replaced very fast and installed useful software so my laptop was usable straight away. Would highly recommend.

I had a problem with my Acer Laptop and after reading all the testimonials on the PC EXPERT web site I decided to give take it there. I entered the shop and was warmly greeted by the PC EXPERT himself. I explained the problem to THE PC EXPERT and it was diagnosed as a broken screen. I was given a price for a replacement screen which I agreed to and was told my laptop would most likely be ready the next day.

I received a phone call from THE PC EXPERT the next day to say my Laptop was fixed and ready to pick up. I arrived at the shop and THE PC EXPERT told me the repair was going to be cheaper than first quoted which I found to be very honest.
