Open on Sundays! Oxon IT Support got me out of a real pickle when I spilled water all over my laptop late Saturday night. I took it in Sunday afternoon, and two days later, it was cleaned up and working good as new! Crucially, unlike some other IT repair shops, Oxon's online information is accurate. At first, I actually tried to go somewhere else in the centre of town nearer where I live, only to find that they were shut despite their online opening hours claiming otherwise.

But it was for the best, because I got top notch service at Oxon IT Support. Naveed was friendly and professional the whole time, and completely transparent, explained what the problems were and the process of fixing them both times, I felt like I was leaving my laptop in safe hands. I was also able to rent a laptop for a cheap price, and Naveed kindly managed to find a model that had Microsoft Word installed because I needed it for work. Everything was very easy. I will definitely go back again if I have any ther technology issues, even though there are places closer to me.

Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Oxon IT, I spilled liquid on my Macbook Pro and Oxon IT took it in the next day for a full check and clean. I assumed it was a goner as it was directly onto the keyboard and into the interior. Great value for money, quick, professional, easy to drop off and very thorough. They went through all my options, repair costs, potential issues, etc. My go-to place for any IT problems from now on, I literally can't thank them enough. And yes, it's working pretty much 100%!

In November 2020 I came to this shop to repair my broken laptop screen. I was quoted 295 and my laptop was sent to London for the repair. I then told the owner (Naveed) that I had decided to pursue the repair under consumer law but he convinced me that I should continue the repair with him and that I would not get the repair under consumer law, so I went ahead with the repair.

Approximately two-three weeks passed and I got my laptop back only after depositing the money into the owner's bank account. Exactly 1 week later the screen broke again. I sent video evidence of the problem and called Naveed as soon as it happened. I was told that if I wanted a repair I would not get my laptop back until after Christmas and New Year.

I was told that under no circumstances would I get a refund even though the new repair would take 4 weeks and would prevent me from doing my work in this time. The quality of the original repair was clearly very poor due to the laptop being unusable within a week, where I was extremely careful and used it minimally. I tried several times to organise a full or even partial refund and was astonished when the owner first accused me of lying about the problem (even though I sent video evidence) and then blocked my phone number even though I was never impolite or unreasonable.

I of course would never trust them to repair my laptop for a second time for it to break again almost immediately so sending the laptop back to them was not an option for me. They did not care about me, the stress this caused me, the money I wasted or the fact that I was a student working for the NHS and had very little disposable income. I took the laptop to a different store and they said that the screen had not been installed correctly and repaired it for me for free within 2 days and it has been working perfectly ever since.

The way I was spoken to is disgraceful and the owners do not care about anything except taking your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly would never trust them again as I believe they purposefully scammed me out of my money. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This guy is the solution to all of my computer problems. I have used his services at least five times (I break laptops a lot, ok?), and he's always fixed everything for me in no time, at a fair price, and for good. I cannot recommend Oxon IT support enough. Actually, after using other IT services in Oxford, I am going to say this is the VERY BEST one I have come across. Five stars from me - ten if they were available.

I had a very positive experience of Oxon IT support. My Mac was successfully repaired at a very reasonable price. Turnaround time is good and I was kept informed as they made the investigations to see if I was happy to pay for the part and labour to make the fix once they knew what was wrong. If they can't fix the machine, they won't charge you.

I know someone who was advised that their laptop wasn't worth repairing unless it was to recover data, so they are honest and won't try to pressurise you into fixing.

Naveed has worked wonders with my laptop and pc. I was about to replace them both but on his recomendation I'll be getting 3 more years good use out of them by simply replacing the hard disks with faster SDD and updating the operating system. With climate change irrevocably in the news...everyone ought to bring in their slowing IT kit to Naveed's to make it run like new again without costing the earth.

I spilled coffee on my husband's fairly new laptop, which then stopped working. I took the laptop to Naveed who explained the process very clearly and was very honest about the chances of it working again, once cleared etc. The service was very quick. I got a call the following day to say that it's fixable but will cost a bit more to fix the circuit. I had the laptop back within 4 days (only because it was the weekend). It was good as new! I was so relieved! Excellent, honest and quick service. Thank you!

Absolutely professional. Promised that I could collect my laptop after 2 days and Naveed called and returned exactly after 48hrs. Super reasonably priced, with all costs informed beforehand. Simply said - fast, fair priced and good quality repair.

I needed my laptop screen fixing ASAP as I had tonnes of work to do (as a student). A gentleman from Oxon IT Support came quickly and fixed my laptop within half an hour and I paid a decent price! I visited Naveed after my laptop screen got smashed. PC World had quoted me a minimum of £170 for fixing and said it would take two weeks. I took the laptop to Naveed as he is just down the road from my university. He quoted £78 for the repair and he did it over night! I am so chuffed with the service and would happily recomend him to anyone and if I have any more problems I will go straight to him. Excellent vlaue for money. A friendly and efficient servie. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

My laptop had got through three power adapters in about six months and then stopped working. I contacted Naveed at Oxon IT Support and he immediately diagnosed the problem as the adapters, and didn't charge me anything. As soon as I sourced the right adapater following his advice, the laptop was fine again. I would definitely use Oxon IT Support again and recommend them to anyone with IT problems.

Of all the quotes I'd been given for repairing the DC socket in my laptop, Naveed's was by far the most competitive, and he completed the repair quickly and efficiently, including explaining to me everything that he did, so that I was happy. I will definitely use again for any further laptop problems.

Hi, Naveed has just completed a truly great and timely clean up of a very very messy Laptop. It was legally bought in Beijing but had been "repaired" twice at "specialists" in Beijing and Bangkok. Now it works just like new. Give Naveed a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I had a cracked screen on my MacBook and went to Western Computers, the official Apple "reseller" in Oxford. I was told it would take 7 working days (!) before they would give me an estimate for repairs, with no Express Service in case of urgent need - being self-employed, I use the MacBook as my personal office. Terrible customer relations as well, pleasant on the surface but only just.

What a contrast with Oxon IT Support! When I rang them up, and explained the situation including its urgency, they checked if the part was in stock and finding it was, told me that if I brought the MacBook in later I could have it by the following day. Indeed, I have just collected it and the screen is as new.
Based on this single very good experience, I would strongly recommend that people go to them straight away.

My laptop hard drive broke and I desperately needed it for work. I called late Sunday morning and had my laptop fully repaired with new har drive and cleaned all for a good price. I was able to collect it Sunday evening ready for work the next day. Very helpful and would recommend to anyone who needs their laptop or computer repaired or looked at.

I dropped my laptop and it hit the corner of my desk, so there was a hole in the back of my laptop.. I couldn't turn it on ( the power light was flashing, but nothing on the screen appeared). I thought that I would have to buy a new laptop, but Naveed managed to repair it! I'm very grateful for this!! The service is very quick - I left my laptop with them on Wednesday, after 2 hours they called me to say what needed to be repaired and on Friday it was ready to pick up.
