We have three levels of service:- Basic: Diagnosis of virus/Trojan Horse/Spyware and removal through customers anti-virus software 15. 00 Premium: Diagnosis of Virus etc as above but using our complete Anti-Virus Software/Anti Spyware 30. 00 Ultimate: As above, but with the added protection of a complete clone of clean System, post virus removal. Also If the Virus has affected the system we will completely reinstall the operating system and software previously installed. (Customer must provide valid software and licence prior to this operation taking effect. If Customer cannot provide these items, this will incur further costs as we will have to purchase software for complete reinstallation) 50. 00.

He lost his job, due to a industrial injury, so he took the redundancy and started aPCNetworx Ltd.

Andrew Clarke is my 'go to man' whenever I have queries or problems with my computer. He has always been reliable, keeps appointments, and goes to endless trouble to solve problems. He is very informed and informative. Initially I had training sessions on using office systems; he had endless patience and always a pleasant manner. If I have updates or want to use procedures I do not understand, to save time I turn to Andrew Clarke to book a a training session. His charges are reasonable, and the fact that he is local is an advantage too.

I would prefer to use someone I can trust who will call out to me, when I need help with my computer, rather than have to take the box to the main dealers. Andy has always returned my phone call the same day, and has often spent late nights working on my computer. You don't get that service from the shops. I have been happy with what he has charged me and I would recommend aPC Networx to anyone who wants a home computer service.
