We have had years of experience, dealing with technology and over these years we have dealt with all sorts of weird and wonderful gadgets as well as a lot of more run of the mill stuff. From simple things like moving contacts from one phone to another, right up to setting up a NAS server for use over a wireless network with all the computers using different operating systems.

The team is small but dedicated to making sure you have the answers and if we don't have the answers for you then we will move heaven and earth to find them.

PC/Laptop - Pickup-Repair-Return

Report

We will pick up your PC/Laptop, take it back to our workshop and work our magic. When repaired we will return it to you. This will include any soft work that needs doing and as well as this we will optimise the unit as part of the service. The only extra you would pay for is if the repair required new hardware and we would inform for consent prior to undertaking any work of this nature. We can arrange the pickup and return around you. Turnaround on this service is targeted at 48 hours however this would be subject to demand and nature of the repair. We would make every effort to keep you informed of the status of your unit. If it needs parts, we can supply or you can source them yourself if you require (Although we can get parts pretty cheap!)
