I went to fix my iPhone 6 here as it had a problem with the charging port, instead of fixing it, he damaged the antenna on it, so now my phone has terrible signal, from 1 bar to no signal at all when before it had 5 bars all the time. I would NOT recommend.

Great customer service - I called Jamie in the morning & asked if I could drop off my iPhone 7 & MacAir to get a new battery for the phone & reinstall OS for the Mac as it had been wiped. Dropped them off at lunchtime & picked them up a couple of hours later.

They repaired my very old mac book pro and my iphone seven and did a great good with a very reasonable price. They do good quality job, they are trustworthy and their price is very reasonable compared to most other places.

Excellent service and quality of work in replacing the screen and bringing a very badly damaged iPhone X back to life in June. A more standard screen and battery replacement on iPhone 7's followed. Amazingly quick and high quality same day service. Most recently PCHealthcare have fixed a dead Mac book that had an unfortunate coming together with a cup of tea.

They went above and beyond to recover all the data and then exceeded our expectation by getting the computer up and running again. And on top of all this there is a covid compliant service to protect both staff and customers.

I found the service really excellent. I had to get my iPhone fixed quickly because I was travelling overseas and was using my phone to teach a module to journalists. The owner was fantastic and fixed the phone quickly at a reasonable price. A five star service

Took my phone in for a straight forward screen replacement on apple iphone 6. Screen replaced but when the phone was returned to me my touch ID no longer worked and side on/off (screen lock) button is not aligned correctly and have to press it hard and wiggle it to make it work. PC Healthcare have tried to claim it's a software issue even though apple shop have confirmed it isn't and it's due to the screen replacement.

Now ignoring my emails and refused to give me evidence they are apple certified as they advertise on their website. A shame as I took my phone to them from recommendations of facebook and to support local business. Feeling really upset and let down by them. Personally wouldn't recommend them!

Dropped off at 10.30 and collected same day at 14.00.
Had new speaker fitted in Iphone 6, very quickly and efficiently repaired. Would recommend and will be using again as necessary.

Really disappointed - iPhone screen repair lasted less than four months before peeling away from the phone. When re-visitoing PC healthcare they agreed that the screen should have lasted longer, and said that I now needed a whole new screen, of which they were happy to apply ''a bit of a discount''! When asking the price, I was told that it was 55.95, but that they'd apply ''a bit of a discount''. Instead I applied my own ''bit of a discount'' and got it done in Staines for 45.00. Awful service.
