Tremendous help & support. I use my 1 & only laptop for my husband's business & when it crashed. I called Ian who promptly called round that very same day. He diagnosed the problem & in fact it proved to be a latent defect just waiting to happen !! With Ian & Ann's help, they provided me with written proof that my laptop was not fit for the purpose I had been sold it for & I am currently awaiting compensation from the company in question.

I brought a new laptop, using Ian's knowledge & recommendations and cant find fault with it. Ian managed to retrieve all my data from my broken laptop & helped us install what programs we needed aswell as replacing our lost files.
