As soon as I phone Andrew about my problem, he was very professional and knew straight away what my problem was and how to resolve this. My computer was running very very slow and i was getting more and more frustrated by the day. I called Andrew and he came and collected my PC the same day and even delivered it back after work was finished.My PC had a complete restore and now runs smoother than before purchased as it was bought second hand.We are even having work carried out on a 2nd family computer that is also having some issues.Value for money was fantastic and I've already passed contact details onto a few relatives and friends.Will definately be using you again in the furture.Thanks for the help.

Andrew provided a very honest assessment of my ailing PC, in the long run a new one would be better value than a repair. Having trawled the Internet for the spec which would suit us and priced this up I then asked Andrew to provide a quotation too, he came back with an excellent price and then custom built a new PC for us but additionally and very importantly he transferred all the data from old to new PC, this was beyond our capabilities so we were extremely pleased to find Andrew could do everything for us, he picked the old one up, delivered and set the new one up, job done hassle free. My pc was running slow so i gave AJR a call and asked them to do a health check on my pc, Andrew asked me if I was experiencing any problems, so I told him my pc was running slow, he asked if I had downloaded anything which I had not, he told me he would also check my memory along with everything else he came out within the hour, Andrew the technician was very smart and polite a really nice guy, he took my pc to his workshop to work on, he even gave me a courtesy call and kept me upto date, he delivered my pc with a report showing all stages and told me not to worry because my pc was running fine, i got 3 services in 1 package all for ?50 full valet my pc was sparkling full health check and tune up great value my pc is working great and very fast thanks Andrew i will be recommending you to friends and family.
