I has ordered a new Samsung tablet but was having troubles setting it up. Warren called around and setup my Google account and got me started with the tablet. He also repaired my computer for me, giving it a much needed cleanup.

I have had many disappointing experiences in the past when seeking help to repair and or improve the performance of my personal desk top computers. After buying yet another new PC recently, once again I ran into difficulties. This time I decided to do some thorough research before calling someone to help me. One of the yardsticks I used was to find someone who would come to my home, thus avoiding the need to hump around the computer, and with the possibility of trying the repairs out before he walked away.

In addition someone I believed would talk to me, treat me as an individual and intelligent, even though I am comparatively computer illiterate. I just want to use my desk top PC to research and write on my favorite subjects. When Warren arrived at my home I new instantly from his open and friendly demeanor he certainly filled the bill on all counts.

In addition he solved all the irritating problems I have lived with for several months. I am now up and running again as normal. I will always go back to Warren in the future if I need help.

What a great service from Warren. Not just computer repair but also sorting out a networking problem which was driving me bonkers... why won't these devices talk to each other when they used to!! The same day visit, squeezed in before the weekend, was really appreciated, as was the general review and advice on the different equipment in my set up. Very pleasant to deal with and able to explain in language I understood. Good value and highly recommended if you need help with your IT
