I sent a message enquiring about a laptop fix this morning, they replied super quick and whilst they were away, a possible fix for the issue was suggested. Low and behold, 10 minutes later I had a working laptop again. These guys are amazing. I have used them before for a laptop repair and this experience was as good, if not better, than the last. I would always recommend them. Thanks again.

I definitely would not recommend this service. We took our ASUS vivobook to have the screen repaired. They had the laptop for 3 weeks and returned it with a new screen but it would not switch on. We took it elsewhere and they opened it up to find the hard drive was missing! Why you would remove a computers hard drive when fixing the screen is beyond me. Obviously they did not check the laptop actually worked before returning it either.

Dean at iNerd was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable & honest. I popped in to get advice on A Samsung phone that needed a few repairs including a new screen. He advised that I try A Samsung store, but after an awful experience in The Samsung store where they told me to 'Just buy A new phone' I returned to Dean, he was shocked and apologised profusely.

This was not his fault & still apologised for a different company! Dean advised that he could repair the phone & was extremely competitively priced, he ordered official Samsung parts & repaired the phone to such a professional degree that it looks brand new! His communication & customer service was outstanding throughout & I would absolutely recommend iNerd to anyone in need of similar work being done to such a high professional standard! 10/10 Thank you very much Dean!

Excellent service again! Having had several phones/iPads repaired by Dean, I hoped he could mend our laptop that had stopped charging. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair but Dean was able to identify the problem and advise us, all free of charge. (No repair, no charge policy) Luckily for us, it's still within warranty so will be replaced. Great, honest service.

Can't fault the service - the other half's iPad had been refusing to connect to the internet making him very grumpy! Contacted iNerd and dropped the misbehaving tech off at 11.30am by 4.30 all was peaceful and happy in the house once more.

I had lost important photos on a encrypted SD card, and took it to iNerd where Dean was able to sort it and retrieve the photos back within days! To say he's amazing at what he does is an understatement, absolute life saver, would 100% recommend Dean to anyone. Thank you so much!

The laptop is like new now and has probably saved me over 300 for a new one. Recommend highly to anyone but best to ring him first as his shop is shut at present.

This guy is great, a massive thank you Dean, you fixed up my my crushed HP laptop - bent in three locations to almost as good as new. no messing with back to factory repairs, rebuilds etc. I would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I thought I had lost all of my photos when my laptop stopped working and foolishly I hadn't backed them up. I now have all of them back on a hard drive after they had been recovered. Great service and definitely worth a visit with any IT problems.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend iNerd to anybody with computer problems. I rate them 5 stars without question. The boys were fantastic when my laptop died after I tried to install Windows 10. They probably groaned when they saw a middle aged woman, who hadn't got a clue what she was talking about, carrying her dead laptop in to them. When I say dead, I mean it wouldn't even boot up!

They saved as much of my old stuff as was possible and returned it with Windows 7 reinstalled, as requested. A subsequent visit with a minor glitch was fixed immediately. They were helpful, polite and reassuring and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. First class service with a smile.

My mum had problems with her iPhone 5 and visited both EE Hinckley and Apple Leicester but could not resolve. Was recomended iNerd and she arrived at 4:50 this evening (closing at 5pm) and the guys could not be more than helpful. 10 minutes later phone fixed and a full explanation of what the problem was. Top customer service.
