I recently had my Daughters MacBook Pro screen replaced by the team at Delta Nine. Fantastic price and service for the original work. The screen developed a slight issue about a month later and the team agreed to a speedy replacement under manufacturers warranty with no quibbles or hassle and fitted the replacement free of charge. Can't recommend Delta Nine highly enough.

Had a system built to spec. Quick turnaround and superb service. I needed the machine for heavy duty rendering work and needed to have the fan speed increased after the build was completed, (this couldn’t have been tested without access to my specific software). The guys at Delta 9 had it back in, sorted and tested within 24 hours. They know what they’re doing and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was trying to find a power lead / adaptor which had been lost for a gaming console. Having already spoken to the store I bought the console from originally, I didn’t hold out much hope of obtaining and new adaptor without buying a compete new device! But after taking it into the shop and a little bit of their own research on items they even had in stock, Delta Nine were able to find me a working solution within 10 minutes! You’d never find that knowledge or service in a National Chain that’s only geared up to sell high value items. Many Thanks to Delta Nine!!

I had an issue with my display unit in my car. After some research on how to solve the problem, I contacted Delta Nine, they were more than happy to try and help me and fix the issue. After a few days I was contacted to say that they thought they'd fixed the problem. When I plugged the unit back into my car it worked perfectly and it saved me alot of money trying to source a replacement. I would highly recommend Delta Nine and would definitely use again in the future.

I found a disc that was labelled to show it had some very special sentimental video footage on it. Unfortunately having tried it in every possible machine that had a drive it was to no avail, they all read it as blank. It was suggested that Delta Nine may be able to extract some content from the disc. Amazingly - they have! I am so grateful to them, I now have those very precious few minutes that I thought had been lost forever.

I just dropped my iPhone 5 SE, smashing the screen. I just walked in, and Delta Nine replaced the screen (and fitted a screen protector!) for me within an hour. Such good service, and a fair price. Also helped me out with some Ethernet cabling. Would highly recommend.

Had a new SSD hardrive put in my Mac amounting to £200 including labour but after 14 days the computer itself failed at no fault of their own. However I was quite disappoint that they couldn't offer me a refund for the hardrive as now the Mac is unusable. All they could do was offer me £100 for the whole machine including the hardrive I had just payed for less than 2 weeks ago.

I felt as though I had just been robbed! Saying that Rich and the customer service woman dealt with the situation well. Would still recommend but was disappointed with my overall experience with this business.

Brilliant Service! I brought in relatively high end gaming pc that had failed to power up. Delta9 did an excellent job of identifying the problem and fixing it. They did a complete rebuild/clean within the space of 2 days. I was happy to pay the price offered as it was half what anywhere else would charge. Will defo be back again for upgrades in the future, its reassuring to know i have such a good PC Repair shop near by.
