Compower Computer Repairs

Compower was very efficient at repairing my laptop. I had tried to re-install windows due to my laptop running slow, however, it kept getting stuck at 64%. Within 2 days, he had re-installed windows 10 and retained my personal files (uni work/photos/videos). Would certainly recommend to friends and family, was also very friendly.

In all my 74 years I have never met a more genuine business owner. I would recommend Mark to anyone who has a computer problem.

Excellent service from Mark. Initially took my phone call enquiry on Bank Holiday Monday and then later in the week made an appointment at the office. Problem with a disabled neighbour’s laptop was sorted In minutes. Prompt efficient and courteous service. My go to person in future for any technical problems.

I managed to break my laptop screen, Mark was able to replace the screen on a tricky fix well within my expected timescale. Fantastic service, even fixed a few other bits on the laptop that needed doing and returned it looking brand new. As a fellow IT professional I highly recommend without hesitation.

Mark is really friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process of mending my laptop. He managed to solve my issue in a short timeframe and I actually had to ask him if he'd charged enough for the job he'd completed for me. I had previously taken my computer to someone who said they could fix it for me. It came back a mess. I then found Compower on line. Mark spent about an hour on it and restore it to perfection. Laptop was poorly. Corner damaged and power switch wasn?t working. Mark sorted in a few days. Switch now works and hinge repaired. Great, quick service ????

My hard drive crashed, so I took my pc to Mark on a Friday and he talked me through some options to find a replacement. He ordered the new drive over the weekend and by Monday it was ready for collection. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend it!

Our PC kept locking up whilst attempting the latest Windows 10 update and all attempts to get it to either install or restore the old version were failing. We had not performed a back-up for months and had photos and documents which we did not want to lose. It was not looking good as I could no longer see these files when I interrupted a start up and searched using Notepad.

I contacted Compower and spoke to Mark who said that he could remove the disk and perform a deep scan to see if the files still existed anywhere. He managed to retrieve most of the files that we needed, installed the latest version of Windows 10 and Office and then re-loaded the retrieved files. Excellent communication and friendly professional service from Mark throughout.
