Amazing amazing amazing! I am so happy with my laptop and I owe it all to George. Welcoming from the start, he was kind and very helpful. He charged completely fairly and helped me with any issue I may have brought to him during what he thought was just a quick screen job. We found out the screws had broken and George was quick to use his initiative to find a practical solution a without ANY extra cost! Fab guy and even better IT engineer. Definitely use him if you require any assistance with your computer or laptop at all.

George upgraded both my desktop and laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Both turned out to have “issues” which would have stumped me. However, George got to the bottom of all problems and the upgrades were successful. His expertise is clear !

George quoted GBP100 and competitors quoted GBP120 even though he provided additional service. While repairing my laptop he repaired the fan on an additional laptop free of charge. He completed both repairs well within the quoted time.

I contacted George as I had cracked my laptop screen and was really worried my whole laptop was going to be ruined! He got back to me straight away and a quote and was true to his word and collected the laptop and dropped it back to me repaired within a few days. He was great to deal with and very professional and I am so glad I have found him as I will be coming back to him in the future should I have any future computer issues.

George came round straight away, as always! He fixed my PC as it was running slow and had 'spyware' plus no antivirus software!! Now I've no spyware and fully up to date with the antivirus software. Fantastic job as usual, top price!

Just used George’s services for the first time - excellent. Arrived promptly and set straight to it. Immediately identified the WiFi/Broadband problem and even spoke to BT on my behalf. Result - new hub/router on its way by the end of the week to permanently solve the problem, and a temporary fix to keep me going until then. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I had bought an Epson Printer for my business. The instructions manual was not helpful st all. E.g. There was no exploded view of the printer nor numbers specifying the sequence required to set it up.
George agreed to cone later that day. His masterly expertise and friendly, professional manner was exemplary. He set up my printer for wireless connection to my business laptop and all was well with the world! A very fair fee was charged . Thank you George.

I'm a 3rd year university student whose laptop completely went kaput when I had four deadlines in the space of a week. I thought I would have to fork out hundreds of pounds for a new laptop for the type of work I have to do. Luckily George was on hand to help me out, came ASAP, fixed my laptop for me and saved all my work. My computer now works like brand new too! Yes, George will fix it... and fix it he did. I had a bad lot of malware on my PC and was still running XP, so George suggested a new install and upgrade Windows with a little additional memory added, and hey presto, I feel I have a new PC.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending George. My computer was in a real mess and every single problem is now sorted. Excellent value for money too.
