Repair
Sometimes hardware in your system may fail for whatever reason, we can diagnose and fix the problem for you. All repairs made by us are guaranteed for 12 months along with a full manufacturer's warranty. (Usually 2-3 Years), If you know what is wrong with the computer yourself then let us know when you contact us and we can bring a replacement part with us the very next day!

Upgrades
Most modern PC's are upgradeable; you don't always need to buy a whole new system if your motherboard is upgradeable. We can find and fit any components for you at a reasonable price and offer advice to you for any upgrades, Sometimes it would work out better not to upgrade due to prices of older hardware We will tell you that too so you don't waste any money on outdated components.

Setup
Not too sure how all of those wires should be connected? Or maybe you just don't have the time. We will set up your PC from the Box and install all drivers and windows for you. We will also make you a backup of your system and give guidance on keeping your new PC in peak condition.

Drivers
Staying up to date with all of the latest drivers can be very demanding. We can install all of the latest drivers for you and make a backup copy which will install your drivers automatically if you ever need to restore your system.

Data Recovery
If you have lost important files there is a good chance they can be recovered. We use powerful software to restore your files to their original state. You will also receive a full backup copy of your files should you ever need it again.

PC Backup
We can make you a backup copy of all of your important files or even your whole system. Your backup will be saved to DVD and if you have an external hard drive a backup can be stored there too.

Health Check
Basically the PC health check ensures a full clean up of your system, any errors will be fixed and all junk files will be erased. We will also clean the inside and outside of the case which can get very dusty over time, if you have had your computer a while and it seems much slower this is an option for you.

Install Windows
We will install windows for you and install all of the relevant drivers for your system. You will usually be up and running within a couple of hours and we can offer you guidance to get the most out of your Windows operating system.
